No air conditioning in the room. A fan was provided in the room, which is not enough in case of hot weather. Rooms a little small and noisy.

Good location, for the needs I was looking for. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast (included with room price) was very good, with an interesting choice of food provided.

Quite warm inside the room and there is no airco. But a fan that is doing well the job.

The restaurant is excellent, the service is quite fast. The personnel is very friendly. The location is close to our work so it is an excellent decission to stay for a couple of days there.

the room was very small, with a carpet clean but need to be change. the restaurant was Asiatique very nice but not mention on the site. the staff in the evening and the breakfast lady were very friendly.

Not the fault of the hotel - but it is on the edge of a busy intersection. I found it hard to exit the parking lot. Best to park as far to the left as possible as this gives you more room to turn around and exit.

The hotel is on the outskirts of town, so it is a little walk into town. There is an Asian restaurant downstairs with good sushi and Chinese dishes for a reasonable price. It is older, but is in good shape.

The renovated rooms have no carpet which makes it cleaner and less dusty Kettle for coffee and tea in the room. Fresh good breakfast.

Never had any interaction with the staff. No one was there to check in. A person just gave me a key when I arrived and no one was there when I left. Breakfast was make your own including getting Brad out of the freezer and microwaving it. Make your own coffee with a coffee machine neither my wife or I knew how to use it.

I only stayed for one night on Oct.29. I told the hotel I would stay for one night but the hotel charged me two nights. It is very unacceptable that the hotel gave me the ready made invoice before giving me the key to my room. The invoiced charged me two nights. I told the hotel I only stay one night, but the hotel said it was already charged. If I have anything, talk to Booking. It is Booking who charged two nights. So, I need refund from Booking.

The receptionist and the bike storage area. Also I do not recall the hotel's description as saying that only Chinese food was available which is not ideal for cycling nutrition. However the food was good.

I have marked L'Empire down because I have never had such an appalling welcome as we received at this hotel, ever! We are 2 long distance cyclists riding from the UK to Italy. We had ridden for many, many miles in torrential rain and arrived at 17.00 hours, as arranged, wet through to our skins and very very cold. The hotel doors were locked. The lights were off. No one answered. Eventually a Chinese lady who spoke no English let us in. She didn't work at the hotel but worked in the independently owned, adjoining Chinese restaurant which acts as the hotel's restaurant. Eventually the grumpy receptionist arrived complaining that he had been woken up. No smile. No help. No greeting. I suggested to him that he could at least say hello and welcome. I said that we had ridden over 100 kms in the pouring rain and were wet cold and hungry. His answer was 'that's not my problem'. He could not care less. Despite asking the hotel in advance for secure bike storage he grudgingly agreed that we could put our bikes at the bottom of the stairwell, not ideal. The room was good. The Chinese restaurant was excellent. The Manager's dreadful welcome and could not care less attitude means that I can only recommend that you do not stay here.
