The bar lacked a cosy feel. We had cocktails but no nibbles to go with the drinks. No.music and no ambiance. It's a pity.

Everything was perfect spa, massage, saunas, breakfast, various restaurants, bar, the location in a beautiful park......a natural haven to unwind and relax. My second visit and hope to go again.

The beds are too hard which significantly impacted our stay, the purpose is relaxation and wellness and not being able to sleep comfortably is obviously a big negative. The outside of the building looks like a concrete bunker which is not visually pleasing. The complex can have a distinct hospital feel about it

Booking a tennis court was a problem. It seems the agreements with the owner of the courts had been cancelled, so we couldn't play tennis. There was quite some misinformation amongst the employees on that matter. Parking is busy and can be stressful for electric vehicles, with only a few spots.

The room was really good and spacious. We enjoyed the thermal pools, the facilities as a whole and also the breakfast. We spend very nice days and also visited nearby restaurants. It's convenient to drive to Luxembourg City or Schengen.

The rooms were small and hot. Air con noisy. Having the window open also noisy! Only one restaurant was open.

Lacks charm, the old Palace Hotel from the 1920s got torn down to build this concrete monstrosity in the 1980s. Felt a bit like a private hospital at times.

Comfortable hotel, appreciated the individual balcony with 2 chairs and table. Breakfast was expensive but extremely good with everything you could need and the possibility to eat outside. Staff were helpful in getting us access to the bike room to put our bikes in.

Air conditioning was a bit below expectations for a resort of this caliber. We could not getv100% comfortable with the temp in the room. Resort appeared to limit what we could set the temp at making for an uncomfortable sleep.

The spa is amazing! It is huge, big pools with cold, warm and very warm water, multiple saunas and jacuzzi, multiple shower areas, inside and outside with warm water, nice resting areas, all with very nice temperature. I am used to the German spa where it is cold everywhere except the saunas and I really loved that here there was a pleasant, warm enough temperature in the indoor areas. The whole place is very well maintained and the small details make your experience there very enjoyable (enough sun beds, many places to hang you towels, shower separators, ladies only area, changing room in the hotel lobby for those who did the check out but still want to use the spa, etc).

There are nice park with aviation museum on territory. The thermal water swimming pool and SPA-zone with excellent personal! Super service in restaurants and rooms!

No communication, about open restaurant in hotel, ore when doors closed, just from hotel, to next part, to restaurant. We was in shirt, doors closed, and it was nearly freezing outside, we need to whole around, tp go to our room. People seeing us, but even don't open the door anymore.
