Paying for parking is a bit expensive. I seldom have a car, but this time I needed to stay (due to lost luggage). And it would have been helpful to have parking validation.

Location to LUX Airport is very convienant. Rooms (and certainly the beds) are very comfortable. The self on light under the bed is very nice. Enough to see, but not bright. The "electric" shades are cool. Is also fun to watch the planes come & go without being too loud.

It was the best decision to book rooms at Moxy Luxembourg before departing the next day! Finding the hotel was a little tricky only because we are not locals and construction works were still ongoing at the time of our visit. The staff was very kind and very helpful. We had a little issue with our booking, not sure what happened however they quickly offered us some drinks and quickly found solutions. Our room was incredible with round shape with an amazing view of the runway. It was extremely quiet, the rooms were spacious. The design is very eco friendly and smart. We unfortunately did not have time for breakfast. We'll come back!

Signage for this airport hotel at airport arrival is inadequate

Arrived at midnight, we were greeted by friendly staff, offered complementary welcome drink. Our luggage did not arrive with us and they agreed to receive it and store it for us even after we checked out so that we would not have to sit at our apt waiting for it

The breakfast buffet is rather limited compared to that of other hotels of same price range. No plant based alternatives. If you go with kids, make sure to consider which view you would like and ask to be able to see e.g. takeoff. Unfortunately, I didn't.

In my case the hotel staff was very helpful and I got another room in a quiet part of the hotel. However, I am not sure if it is a good idea to have a summer stage just in front of the rooms. I have checked that it was only one weekend, but still - for people with morning flights it might be an issue. While checking-in make sure there are no events going on. The reception staff will surely help you, if there are any events on schedule.

The design of the hotel rooms is great. Good beds, very nice bathroom. 5 min walk to the airport. Helpful staff: I have been allocated a room just next to a sort of a summer stage. As long as it was a concert only, I could enjoy the music lying on my bed. However, around 21:30 the loud music started, people got up to dance and... at 21:45 very loud sound of the movie filled up the room. It appeared to be not only a summer stage, but also a night movie theatre. Earplugs were not helping so after some struggling to fall sleep, I went to the reception. The staff immediately organized another room in a quiet part of the hotel. A big plus for a quick response to the problem, and I can only regret I did not ask about a quiet room earlier.

Parking is a bit expensive because it’s airport parking, but they’re currently building their own private parking, so should be fine in future. Since it’s under construction, the main entrance is closed and the temporary entrance is harder to find, but again, should be fine once it’s finished being built.

The place is brand new, clean and well designed. It is still under construction, but all the windows in the room have vacuum sealed windows, you cannot hear anything from outside, the soundproofing is excellent. Compared to other establishments in the centre, it is very well priced, and easy to get to the centre. It’s right next to the airport so we just walked straight there.

We had problems with the air conditioning and could not sleep due to the extreme heat, but we could not be moved before the morning due to it being late

The Italian guy and girl at the front desk were truly fantastic. So hard working and friendly. We enjoyed the location right by the airport.
