The room was comfortable, I liked the bed. The service was very nice as they offered us a king size bed after seeing that we are a couple. There are also shoe cleaning machines on each floor.

Would have loved thicker pillows

Good size rooms, nice shower, and very good location! Also very welcoming to dogs! We got such a nice welcome for our labradoodle, with a snack, little bed, drinking bowl and a towel to clean the paws ❤️

Hotel did what we needed it to! If we were staying longer, only improvements would have been having a small dressing table or something for toiletries - it does have a coffee table though so can easily use that instead. And only paper cups supplied with earl grey tea or coffee, and proper cups would be nice/more sustainable. I’m also not sure if there was a safe - think there was and I just didn’t notice as didn’t need

Really good location for getting around the city, and a good view from the window. Reasonably good sized room and bathroom, with a good amount of space for two people - the reclining arm chair was also a good surprise and would have made a great reading corner if we’d been there longer! Many channels on offer in local languages, and 4x English speaking channels which was a good surprise - 2 news channels plus BBC One and Two. Some gave mentioned the decor as dated in reviews, but I have honestly stay in far more dated hotels - the bathroom had clean grout, the taps and shower were shiny, and the bedroom was a clean white. Not sure what room others stayed in, but we were pleased with ours!

the curtains had holes in them and the light on the office table had a lot of dirty spots on it.

The bed was comfortable and it's nice that the toilet is seperate frome the shower.

We don't have free parking during the stay.

The room size was standard, and the inclusion of a children's bed was a positive feature. I would like to acknowledge the hotel for their noteworthy offerings in both aperitifs and the children's menu. The emplacement is very good.

Hotel was located a short walk to most sights and the city centre. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Facilities to make tea and coffee in the room. Lots of storage spaces. Good value when compared to other hotels nearby.

I think that the fee is a bit expensive to not have a breakfast included.

I really liked the location. It was close to all the important sites we were willing to visit.

Would have been better if we had tea and coffee facilities in our room. But this seems to be common at all the hotels we stayed at in Luxembourg.

The room was cozy, but since we didn't spend a lot of time in it, it was fine. We spent most of the day walking the streets of Luxembourg.

For the money it could have been better. Stayed only a small bit away last time in Parc Belair only a few euro in difference for a more comfortable room and bed and hotel vibe. Staff were lovely. Defo not hotel vibes.My son came through a barrier to drop us off as it was raining heavy, and it was like he committed a mortal sin. Be a bit more relaxed with people u guys. We booked a double month's ago and got 2 singles when we arrived now this was changed for us next day but we had booked our preference so long ago it should not have been an issue.It was a basic standard room, nothing different to the cheaper standard room, which is why we paid extra but still got basic standard in my opinion. Food was very basic, we ate here on fist nite as we were so tired from travelling. Air conditioning very loud you can't hear the TV without Turing it up loud but we didn't want to do that. Very out dated. Not a hotel atmosphere at all. No fridge which is handy to have in room. Hair dryer very out dated. Shower was nice though.
