ItalyVery beautiful hotel just outside city center. The receptionist Ilaria was very kind and tried her best to find a restaurant nearby. The concierge man Isham was very friendly and polite. He gave us useful tips and what to see in the city center. We were offered a bottle of crement on the office of my partner’s birthday. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. Thank you Ilaria and Isham. See you again

Great, big, (superior king) bright room, with one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in a hotel. A nice touch with a relaxing tea by the bed in the evening. Very, very clean. Great cocktail bar.

The design of the hotel is marvelous. The room was clean and spacious, with an excellent view to the European Court of Justice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful and when a technical problem occurred, the intervened rapidly. The hotel has enough parking spots in the underground and also in the open air parking. I recommend very much the De Feierwon restaurant in the hotel with Luxembourgish dishes and one of the best services by Alex, the waiter.

NetherlandsI did not like that the tables at the restaurant were cleaned using the hoover for the floors. This is unacceptable and casts doubts on how the entire cleaning process takes place.
