Very beautiful hotel just outside city center. The receptionist Ilaria was very kind and tried her best to find a restaurant nearby. The concierge man Isham was very friendly and polite. He gave us useful tips and what to see in the city center. We were offered a bottle of crement on the office of my partner’s birthday. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. The ambience and friendliness of the place and staff was very good. our check in was really smooth and professional. Location was convenient, very close to the tram. Very good Italian restaurant with selective menu. Wish we had stayed there longer.

It was a bit difficult to get the room on the right temperature. And everything is expensive.

The staff helped me with a special accomadation for my wife who has a hip fracture and the room was perfect. The personel very friendly and we enjoyed our stay to the max.

Dogs in the restaurant. People can let the dogs on their rooms. Other people don't need dogs there. It's not so hygienic and people can be allergic for dogs and cats. Today a dog barked in den restaurant and one pooped in the lobby

There is nothing to really complain about, but service and luxury comes with a price. My one complaint was the lack of sufficient EV chargers. For a hotel of this stature, it would have been nice if could have charged by car directly by the hotel

Rather chaotic in catering a group dinner. I think they were understaffed. The food was ok, but not more than that. Some of the a la carte hot meals (included in EUR 36 price) would run out...

Great, big, (superior king) bright room, with one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in a hotel. A nice touch with a relaxing tea by the bed in the evening. Very, very clean. Great cocktail bar.

No need to improve anything, perfect hotel.

The design of the hotel is marvelous. The room was clean and spacious, with an excellent view to the European Court of Justice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful and when a technical problem occurred, the intervened rapidly. The hotel has enough parking spots in the underground and also in the open air parking. I recommend very much the De Feierwon restaurant in the hotel with Luxembourgish dishes and one of the best services by Alex, the waiter.

The heating was set too hot at times and apparently could not be reduced. The only solution by the staff was to keep windows open. This did slove the problem but took a while to sort out..

I did not like that the tables at the restaurant were cleaned using the hoover for the floors. This is unacceptable and casts doubts on how the entire cleaning process takes place.

Parking issue....One night I had to search 50 minutes for a parking slot.Both in the outside and inside parking, where most of spots are booked for banks etc.
