The bed was not that comfortable, matrass seemed somewhat old. During the previous visit I also needed to ask for access since the badge did not work, and the lights in my room did not work either. Now everything was good apart from the matrass quality.

I like coming to Mondorf Wellness center and Villa Welcome which is a building separate from the 4 star hotel at a much better rate. You can enjoy all the good stuff (access to the multiple saunas and ceremonies, hot spring water pool inside and the bubble baths with great view outside) at only 50% of what you would pay for a room at the hotel.

The floor of our room creaks, think need replacing.

Villa Welcome us value for money vfm because of the spa, loved our time in the thermal pool and the saunas, thank you for keeping the place orderly and clean.

Shower worked well but needed refurbishing. Lights near the bed did not work. Automatic door knob did not work. Personnel offered to come and replace immediately, but i declined.

Excellent location, access to the spa area was included in the price, which is good value for money in Luxembourg if you book at short notice. My room was € 135 whereas other hotels were asking € 250 - € 300,: for the same. The spa and wellness area is just fantastic.

There was a bag of chips at the desk in the room, I thought this was a gift from the hotel next to the bottle of water. It turned out to be you needed to pay for this, as well as for the rest of the items in the fridge. This is an unnecessary sales trick I don't like.

I was lodged in an appartment somewhat separate from the hotel, it was convenient and clean but not "wow". The breakfast was absolutely fabulous and even more amazing and unexpected was the access to the truly giant wellness complex, which was included in the room rate. There are literally 8 different saunas and a special session every 1,5 hours. The outside pool was clean and empty when I used it. The sun was already setting, but people were still using the bubble baths which were lighted from the inside. You then get a nice overview over different terraces and the pool below. I will be coming back here both for business purposes in Luxembourg as well as personal time off.

We didn't realise you had to go into the main spa reception to check in to the guest house, better signposting needed as we tried to get into the guesthouse.

The use of the spa was great and easy! Great having such easy parking on site . Perfect place for the night

I didn't like the fact that the duvet was very warm for the weather we've got. There was a portable ar conditioner and when turning it on was too noisy, so not an option to use it while sleeping. On the other hand because the place was very quiet we could open the window so fresh air would come in.

The room was clean, good size and quiet. Having access to the thermal spa was great and the facilities are huge.

For the spa day it would have been good to have been advised that showers and lockers were available in the spa complex - I mistakenly changed in the 'vestiare' near the luggage store.

Main thing was that I was upgraded to the main hotel, which helped in looking after my grand-daughter (my daughter was staying in the main hotel). Also meant restaurant was easily accessible and the spa.

Coins needed for solar lamps (I'm not sure how to call them properly) inside the wellness when all the rest is just added to your bill.

First of all I would like you thank you. Not only good things happened on holidays and it's very importart how professional the hotel staff are and how they react in crisis situations. This time the SPA crew members passed the exam and practically saved my husband's life. We will never forget what you have done. Big, big THANK YOU! I would like to also thanks to the reception people, to make it easy and help me with everything. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, quaiet, well equipped and comfy. Variety of SPA facility and treatments was amazing (the chocolate wrap was memorable!) Hospitality on the top level. BRASSERIE MAUS KÄTTI offer delicious food and serves you with a smile and warmth. I recommend Villa Welcome and Mondorf domaine thermal from the bottom of my heart. 💜

Clean, comfortable, well equipped facility with an entry to wellness and fitness. The staff was very kind. I definitely recommend. Not far from supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries. Luxembourg City is around 20 minutes far.

The room was tiny tiny tiny, it was a double room and you have only 1 yes ONE chair to sit on because the room is too small the fridge - yes there is a fridge but no coffee or water facilities - so the fridge is above the tiny place where the chair is standing on a shelf above the tiny table. The walls are like in a Japanese Rohkan, you can hear everything that is going on next door. The Spa and wellness area is very strange because in the sauna area - so not in the bath swimming area - you have to put on a swimsuit if you want to use the whirlpool or the pool or the cold and hot water thing - everything is outdated and needs a change feels like in the 80s all this for 159 Euros the night without breakfast.

Nothing can be mentioned here, we didn’t took breakfast because of 25,00 Euroe per person is nearly a criminal price and with regard to the size of the room we were afraid of what the breakfast could lookalike.

The taxi driver got lost and so my bill was triple the cost after 11pm in the evening and there was no kettle in the room. Also there was no option for a coffee in the morning without 25 euro breakfast.
