Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The mattress. It felt like sleeping on a halfway blown out mattress. Way too soft for a comfortable night sleep,and im not a fussy person. We had a room that's connected with the one beside us with a door. The door had decorative openings at the bottom. So when those people who had the other room arrived late in the night we could hear everything they were doing and our room was bright. Noise from the outside bars was very loud,I know its not directly hotels fault but better soundproofing should be considered.
Big,bright,modern room. Well decorated. Very helpful staff at the reception. Everything was very clean. I thought we hit a jackpot with our choice until it was time to go to bed.

Bed was so uncomfortable!
Located in the old city which is great and also 10 minutes to walk train and bus stations! Staff was great ! Room was clean and big but unfortunately bed was so uncomfortable!

On Friday night it was impossible to sleep without headphones, there are couple of clubs on that street. So that explained why it was cheap. If you dont mind that - great stay.
meets all basic requirements for this price. I forgot my key in the room one night and had to call the stuff. They solved the issue immediately, I was so grateful !

There was no breakfast, but there are other options near by. For example other hotels or bakerys. Also reception is open only about 10am to 6pm.
Location was perfect and hotel was very clean. Room and bathroom was nice and spacious. Hotel is in old town and also walking distance from trainstation, Orego shopping center, Central market etc. There is also very good restaurant Munchees (burger, pizza, sides etc.) right next to the hotel.

Hotel was basic. They could have kept more tea/coffee bags. And, we stayed for 2 nights. No one cleaned our room.

Check in and check out was very tedious. The "luggage storage" was just in the hallway around the corner of reception. Reception was only open from 10am until 5pm and closed over lunch from 12 until 1.30. When checking out we were "lucky" to run into the receptionist as she arrived at the location as we hadn't gotten any directions for how to check out in case reception was closed. I don't expect a 24hrs reception but these limited hours were very annoying to deal with.
Good value for money. Our room was also very quiet and quite generous - plenty of space for two people to comfortably move around each other. Location was very convenient and close to the main sights.

Room cleanliness is a very serious issue. It must pay more attention and take it seriously
Location is unique! Very close to historical city center and to all the action- 5' on foot, but at the same time peace and quite! Conmfee beds and pillows. And our host was very helpful from the first minute and help us what ever we needed. Thanx a lot! We will be back!

I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, but the drain in the shower in the bathroom didn't work well.
We liked the location of the hotel. It's a 15-minute walk from the bus station.

The shower area needed mold cleaning. The window on the 5th floor was quite low to the ground, and when opening it, it felt unsafe as there were no safeguards to prevent falling.

Our room was serviced just once during a 3 night stay which was totally fine, both rooms had run out of tissues and shower gel & neither were topped up when the room was serviced. Minor things in the grand scheme, but little details.do make a difference.
The rooms were fabulous, lots of space, a great shower, great location, loved our stay here. The hotel emailed to say they would take payment for all rooms from my card, I asked them not to as we were splitting the cost and they accommodated this which was good.

The only thing was that the bed was super soft and we were missing some coffee in the room
Location is great and you have a really nice bar and also a parking lot (extra fee) right in front of the hotel (which is really rare in Old Town). It was great that the check out time was at 12:00 and we could also leave our bags at the reception after that. Very nice staff

Good location. If staying here, you definitely want to eat a restaurant downstairs, just next door. Beds were comfortable, 2 min walk to bus that takes you to airport. Good size room. Right in the heart of Old Town

Our room was further away but I think its important for travelers to know that this is in a bar district. The one bar had great food, which we enjoyed. But it is louder at night. In fact when we left for the airport at 5am, people were still out partying.
This location was perfect. Technically, it's outside old town, but it's within a block, so it doesn't feel like it. We walked everywhere we wanted. We had an issue accessing our key, but they fixed it immediately over the phone.

was second stay there on this trip. Good hotel, good location, comfortable room, good shower. Was satisfied with my stay. Easy to find airport bus which stops close by. Should note limited reception opening times but never caused an issue

Dont do breakfast but there are places nearby
Nice location just off the main streets but very close to attractions. Short walk from the station and airport bus close by. Lots of eating places nearby. room was big and comfortable, great shower. Staff friendly and allowed early check in. Reception has limited open times but this did not cause any issues and a simple code lock lets you in. Room faced out over street with outdoor cafes but the soundproofing was good and you would have to be a very light sleeper for it to bother you.

Hotel is around the corner to the Old town. I got a very quiet room and slept well.
