Gorgeous facilities and cosy rooms. Live music and art exhibition in the front hall. And I got a little surprise from hotel during the breakfast. That was nice.

Considering the price, parking could have been included in the room price. There are no other suggestions or complaints.

The breakfast is great, the location is very good, right by the sea. The staff is very responsive, kind and helpful! SPA area - swimming pool, sauna excellent. Daughter excited!

Prices are steep. The hotel praises itself as “Legendary” 5 star hotel… but rooms in the main building are in a dire need of a facelift. Well maintained, but design… 🤦‍♂️

We have nothing to complain about.

We have often stayed at the Baltic Beach Hotel and are never disappointed! The reception staff was very nice and welcoming, and the room was very clean and had soft bathrobes. We enjoyed going to the spa and the gym and walking along the beach. The breakfast is delicious and has everything one can wish for. Also, the staff on the top floor during breakfast are very service-minded.

Receptionists - they are amazing. They helped us a lot - always with a smile. The rest of the staff could be nice, especially in the spa, but it seems like Latvian customer service. They are giving you orders like in the army 🙈 Massage was amazing, massuer was very skilful but again opened window (it was very cold in the room) once he finished he said:finished! And switched on lights. Forget about relaxing wake up. The food was delicious and the hotel was nice, we had really good room so that's great, very specius. The hotel was busy but you couldn't feel it. We loved entertainment - there was constantly something going on. Spa area - we loved it, it was pretty and saunas were stunning but yet again, for example, instead of sunbeds, they had some armchairs which were absolutely uncomfortable. In general, we were impressed and happy we chose this hotel rather than other hotels in Riga. Highly recommend 👌

I was a little disappointed with breakfast, as for a 5 star hotel I expect jam variations to add for pancakes - this was not the case, they only had some weird sauces in bottles (felt cheap).

I really enjoyed the view from the room. Room size was perfect for me and my husband.

Hotel guests could be allowed an hour of morning swimming, for example between 0800 - 1000. I don't think that the swimming pool is very crowded in the morning hours. At the moment, there is a free spa visit for two hours during the stay. If you want to swim also in the morning, you have to buy a full ticket.

Very nice stay in the hotel. The room was nice. Rich breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful. You have to book a time to visit the spa, the same applies to breakfast. Buy doing that, hotel avoids the situation, where the spa or the breakfast room is over crowded.

Seafood reastaurant just average with quite high prices. Spa facilities small. Having to book time for spa, breakfast seemed odd and a bit inconvenient.

When we booked the room we chose a sea view room but we got a side sea view. Maybe it counts, but our expectations were different. The most unpleasant thing in our experience was that the heating in the room went out at night and it was not restored until breakfast. Outside that night it was -15 degrees and the room was very cold.

Great location. We had great time in spa. Kids loved it.

The room could have been quieter. When someone was walking with luggage through the corridor - we heard everything - the talking etc. It would be great, if parking would be free of charge by the premises!

The breakfast was excellent! The spa was super great for couples - not for kids. The bathroom design was amazing. All the restaurants and bars also met our expectations! And the most amazing thing - sea is almost 50meters away from hotel!

Second bed was very uncomfortable (should be some kind of add mattress on it) there was missing one more blanket (but after we advice reception , they delivered it very quickly)

Room was big and clean. Great view from our balcony. Breakfast was very good (for kids was a lot of choice)
