My room and the cafe :) And everything (kitchen, bathroom) was easy to find! Location is good as well - it's right between all 3 places I wanted to visit!

The ladies bathroom is used also by men who seem to permanently live on the floor (to them, it is closer than the men's bathroom). The kitchen is available but it seems that all equipment was belonging to the permanent inhabitants of the floor.

I really must appreciate the staff lady who waited for our arrival patiently and assisted with all our needs. Furthermore, I must appreciate the cleanliness of our room.

Room was not soundproof, I could hear neighbors walking in the corridor or making breakfast at 5am. Nightstand lamp next to bed would be nice addition.

I didn't expect much as I booked cheapest available option for my dates in Liepaja, but it is as it is in the photos and description. What surprised me was cleanliness, bedsheets were new. Also the staff was very kind.

If you are traveling in the summer avoid rooms with windows to the street. If you keep the windows open (which you will want to do on a hot summer day as it is very hot in the room) the street is very loud and it is hard to sleep. The hostel is pretty far away from the center and from the beach (not a walkable distance) and the area itself is quite sketchy. The showers and bathroom were not very clean.

Comfy beds. Overall good value for money if you're ready for a simple accommodation experience for a night or two. Good common kitchens with a fridge and dishes.

Location a bit from the city center (2-3km) and they needed to copy the information from our passport by hand which took time.

Absolutely worth it if you are with a car, they have a parking space behind the building... But anyway nice cheap hostel with good hygiene standards.

Sea is not so near how it is written in description because the access to the sea is fenced due to the nearby factory. On foots it is about 2km. Wifi is not working in rooms only in common lounge. Only one electricity socket in room. A lot of middle-aged men who are drinking alcohol every day lives here. They are using woman WC (men's and women's toilets are separate here) so it is a bit weird and bit scary to go here alone. Despite all those drunk men all was not bad.

Good staff, clean, cheap, for one or two nights bearable.

- Location is a bit outside of the city center, but apparently the public transport works fine. Also not a problem if you're planning on cycling or driving around. - The kitchens could use some more items. The one closest to my room had 4 plates, a teaspoon, a frying pan and a glass. That's what you had to work with.
