A bit further from central Jurmala, but no problem if you are with a car.

Has a lift to second floor which is handy if you have bigger luggage. Host was really helpful with everything.

Well, Jûrmala is huge. You will need a car. Not really the Kapucinos fault ofcource.

Kristina was great, good value for money, gated parking lot, huge apartment, nice garden and breakfast. Daughter told me that she will come again, but not with parents.

We had bad luck with the May weather - cold and rainy pretty much our whole stay (3 nights). Heating in the apartment wasn't very effective so we needed to dress warmly and sleep with extra blankets. Though the fireplace is usable, for us at least, it seemed to give off more smoke than heat. If you need darkness to sleep, the curtains in the bedrooms aren't very helpful. The apartment is quite far from the main parts of Jurmälä so I wouldn't recommend staying there without a car. Jurmälä requires some paid tourist fee for cars (3€ per day) - the hostess sent us a link to pay that online. Despite all my complaints, I do highly recommend this beautiful apartment with its wonderful hostess!

The apartment (luxury) is one one-side of one floor of a beautiful large house. It consisted of one very large room (combination living room, kitchen and dining area), two bedrooms and one bathroom. There was also an outdoor barbecue and dining space which we didn't use. Parking was inside a gate for which we were given a remote control. The apartment is beautifully decorated by someone with great taste. The dining table was for 8. The furnishings at one end of the apartment, including the bedrooms, were classical including beautiful chandeliers and a baroque festive painting (print). At the other end of the main room there was a more modern sofa bed and well-equipped kitchen cupboards. All rooms had plenty of cupboard space for unpacking. The hostess knew we'd be celebrating my wife's birthday and so had a vase of flowers from the garden plus a jar of locally produced honey (Thanks again Kristina!). There were a few options for breakfasts which were brought into the dining room at the requested time. The television over the fireplace had lots of channels including CNN (808) and BBC (182).

Perfect 🤩 love all the things: location in the forest, nature, not far away from the very beautiful beach, good and helpful hosts, very clean area around the house and inside of the apartment, private parking, lot of the space for the car, good price (including breakfast). Place for children to play and for parents to watch them drinking coffee. Hope to return there once again for more days!

We have stayed one night, not for the Jurmala beach. The apartment is in the zone where you still don't have to pay the entrance to Jurmala fee. Our apartments were upstairs. The narrow round stairs to go up. The lift was also possible to get to the top. Rooms were big, much of space. Only small things has to be fixed in one bathroom. The kitchenette also was but we haven't used it except kettle. The breakfast was included into the price. Simple but good breakfast. Closed private parking. The owner was helpful. it was possible to use wifi, mobile data were not working in the rooms.

There was fishy smell in one floor.

It had big rooms with cozy bed. Slept like baby, after long drive. Toilet was also clean and specious. Has all needed household amenities. Area is quite and ideal for relaxing vacation. The owner was very welcoming and also cooperated with our very late arrival. It has one big hall with big dining table, suitable for large groups.

The breakfast was kind of meh. Porridge was finished 5 min after the breakfast started and you had to wait another 40 minutes for new porridge because it was made with the slowcooker not by a person.

I liked the big bedrooms. One of them was really nice and quiet, the other a bit more noisy with the traffic.

Mould. Avoid the studio flat at all costs. We booked 10 nights and didn’t stay there to the end (regret not moving out in the first night). Whilst outside was 28 degrees, in that flat was very cold and wet, especially at nights. All out clothes were damp, furthermore it was so cold to sleep - baby and myself developed cough from there; humidity was 87-90 (and their humidifier isn’t installed properly as doesn’t add much benefit). They were trying to tell us that everywhere in Jūrmala is the same, what a lie - we stayed in multiple places. Bathroom is the worst, smelly and so damp. Considering health hazard to us, I was hoping for at least partial refund, but that was refused. So we won’t stay there ever again, neither will recommend to anyone.

Location is nice, 15 mins walk from the beach via nice, quiet route. Ok breakfast, though same every day, but tasty and fresh. Lovely chef/cleaning lady.
