There seemed to be a bus load of people right at the same time at the breakfast buffet. Way too many people to queue for the buffet and coffee machines were very slow

The hotel was nice, clean, and easy to get by feet from airport or taxi or bus #22. Just need to know that no any supermarket in nearest area so everything is only reachable in the hotel area.

Very friendly staff. It makes all things different. Starting from welcome to good bye hotel staff are ready to help with any questions. Great location just in 5 min by car from airport. Breakfast from 4 a.m. enough for early morning. I stayed with 2 small kids, not that much what to do but was manageable. Would be great to have little playground in backyard and short stay for families would be much easier.

Staff spoke Latvian poorly, this is not acceptable. Restaurant staff not knowledgeable of menu and what food is available. Early breakfast was poor. Pillows in beds were flat.

-Very close to the airport, especially handy when you have an early morning flight. -Early breakfast starts at 4 a.m., it is very nice if you have to leave very early. -The room was really good, got everything what is needed. Clean, comfortable, nothing to complain of.

No food available other than chocolate / snacks from the bar by the time I arrived, due to my delayed flight. Although I was glad that I was not too late for the “mini bar” service and could buy a drink from the bar.

I believe that the queen room with a sofa bed would be big enough to accommodate the whole family; however, the occupancy limits set by the hotel forced us to take two separate rooms.

A great hotel with spacious and clean rooms, ideally situated near the airport. The beds were comfortable and very big. The breakfast is excellent with multiple food options available. Both the quantity and the quality of food were great.

My check in process was a bit long and I thought staff could have been a bit more friendly. However, worth to mention that nothing was wrong. Everything was smooth

The 2 persons bed was slightly uncomfortable, and the service left a little to be desired, despite the small number of guests. No major problems arose, but the staff seemed generally indifferent to our well-being.

We needed a place to stay close to the airport and it did the job.

There should be a free shuttle bus to the airport, as there is no pedestrian pathway (we had to use public transport). The check-out process was very chaotic for us because there was no one at the desk and we had to rush to catch the bus. We managed to find a lady at the back of the counter and told her that we had to leave, but she walked away, so we left the keys on the counter.

The hotel is very close to the airport, perfect for early flights. The room was nice, spacious and clean.
