You hear everything, neighbouring pods going to the bathroom and everyone’s phone alarms in a row from 4:30 until the morning flights are gone. If you’re a heavy sleeper that’s ok. I’m a light one unfortunately and even with ear plugs (provided) it woke me up couple of times.

Perfect location in the terminal, after security. Perfect if you arrive on an evening flight and connect on an early morning one. No need to exit the airport and to pass security checks once again. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, the pods have all the plugs, lights and amenities you need to fall asleep

The staff is available 24/7, the sleeping cabin was spacious enough and comfortable. There is also a lounge zone and breakfast is provided even if you leave early.

One guest was singing in the lounge area after midnight and after me asking him to stop as he was there not alone he became aggressive. But this is obviously not hotel's fault.

All was great, I am really satisfied and will use this capsule hotel again. Everything was super clean and comfortable.

It was a bit cold in the bathrooms space. Also sound insulation could have been better in sleeping pods. Welcoming wasn't the best, in a soviet style a bit. It was a bit hard to find it, though instructions were rather good.

I had to climb to the bed. If physical condition does not permit better lower level bed.

It is just inside of transit area, after security checks when entry, before luggage claim if you arrive. Excellent for very late or very early flights as you go directly to the gate. There is a nice and cozy lounge providing tea and coffee and water, some snacks. Bedsheets are clean and beds comfortable. Clean shower and WC

Information that you mustn't leave the transit area. Information that you cannot collect your baggage. Maybe a bit more peaceful breakfast.

Very convenient especially if landing late. It was more comfortable than I expected. Facilities work well too. Breakfast 24/7 works great as well.

There was no sign for the mixed dorm, you had to travel through locker room to find it, but not a big deal.

Really worth the price! Perfect for an early morning flight. Free snack bar was open til 9 pm and when i woke up (at 5 am), it was already open. Very convenient. Would stay again. Very nice staff.

Absolutely perfect hotel, if you have a early flight. As the hotel is inside the airport, its really good to wake up, and just walk in your gate. Clean, cozy, perfect for a women to feel secured, because of separately woman capsules. Surely opportunity we will use again. All airports should have this hotels! 🙂

That there wasn't earbuds provided to attach to the TV for watching or could inform us that for watch TV need earphones with wire as Bluetooth won't work with TV except if you listen to music.

Very convenient if you have a early morning flight, and I was very pleased with breakfast service. Definitely will be using it again when needed.

Although the sliding door leading to the sleeping pods opened and closed quietly, the same could not be said for the outer door leading from the locker/ washroom area to the lounge area!

Great location close to the gates, friendly and helpful staff, complimentary food and drink, lounge with comfortable sofas and soothing background music, modern washrooms, well-equipped sleeping pods, storage lockers.... Everything has been thought of in this accommodation and it is immaculately clean, too. I was impressed!

The noise. Everyone would get up in the middle of the night to catch a flight. And even when taking care of, some noise is inevitable. If the capsules had even the slightest insonorisation it would be the perfect place to stay a carefree night before an early morning flight
