I didn't like steep stairs in to the bedroom on the first floor, apartment was full of moquitoes and dark brown towels ( I like only white towels and bed linen)

I liked size of the room, fresh air from the fields, big parking, very interesting car museum, an open air museum, very nice tidy environment, tasty food in the restaurant

NOTHING. Just keep in mind that it's not on the main road to Riga but once you arrive (a car is needed) you get much more than expected.

An amazing place near Bauske - I was looking for a relaxing evening on my way to Riga and found it! Very cosy, very nice, great food, comfortable room. Jus perfect. Very good breakfast. I can 100% reccommend. Plus - vintage car museum in the same location! An amazing combination of old Latvian homestead and completely new design hotel buildings. Liked all so much. A place with so much love.

The sound isolation between the rooms were not so good. Luckily the staff was very helpful and took care of noisy neighborhood.

We stayed in a 2-floor apartment with a terrace. Not fault of the Hotel, but If you like privacy this Choice is not for you. BIG windows, beautiful view. But people from neighbouring rooms walk right in front of your terrace/window. It was really strange…

Sounds coming from the top of the room because of the soft rubber/plastic ceiling, no idea what was happening there. Quite thin walls as could hear neighbors very well. The rucola salad in the restaurant would have needed better drying of the rucola. The young lady at the reception during the check-out was not in her best mood.

Modernity and down to earth in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant was set up nicely. It is possible to have a walk in the vicinity of the hotel and see the beautiful river. Reception and restaurant is in another building - nice reason to have fresh air. The presence of old houses, which are part of the museum, and are on the grounds of the hotel gives the place a special charm.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming facilities. Some of the rooms offer a nice view to a nearby pond. One can observe many different birds on the property grounds. The collection of exclusive antique cars was awesome. Our tour guide Ramonas was exceptional, a walking wikipedia.

In the number you dont have fridge and electric kettle. As we are traveling with the family, for us it is important.

Spacious room and bathroom with a pretty view of the pond. You can eat breakfast inside or outside which is also very lovely. The choices are delicious and the staff is nice. Great playground for the kids with the museum in the territory.

The bathroom is equipped and adapted for disabled people, but as a tall person, I had to lean against the mirror to be able to see my reflection. The bedding was clean, but the mattress protector was full of different hairs.

The rooms don’t have A/C. During hotter summer days the rooms are humid and hot but can be cooled down by opening the windows. There’s a screen in in the window but ours was broked so did get few mosquitos inside. A/C would be great addition 🙂

This was my second time here. I love the surroundings and the calm atmosphere. There’s literally no other sounds than birds and crickets. This is a great pitstop after a long day driving.

I would like the road to the complex to be shorter, but it is worth accepting patiently in order to enjoy the unity with nature.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The idyllic location of the complex brightens the way to it and overall it creates a very good picture.

There are dirt roads leading to the hotel from certain directions, which I would have rather avoided, maybe some information about them and how to drive around them would be good.

Everything is clean and the hotel surroundings are beautiful: nature, classic cars displayed on the lawn, a playground for kids. Awesome!
