However, the breakfast was below expectations, being quite sparse, and the absence of an elevator made moving luggage difficult. Despite this, we recommend the hotel to those who value excellent service and comfort but are willing to compromise on breakfast and elevator access

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, especially due to the excellent parking and comfortable beds. The staff was exceptionally helpful, even offering their water heater to make our stay more comfortable.

Breakfast options were limited, no milk alternatives for coffee / cereal, which is sad if you are dairy intolerant or a vegan.

It was cold in the room. The breakfast is poor, but the price is compensated for this small flaw.

We got a room for 4 people, even though I have ordered a single room. It was a lot of space.

I don't look any minus in the hotel. I was happy to have time to rest. :)

It was clean. We have a long trip to Riga. We were happy with the quick check in and out. Have had a shower before bedtime. We have water ourselves. I miss tea or coffee in the early morning. But we Left before breakfast.

There was some strong cleaning liquid smell when I entered but I got rid of it fast by opening the window. For a big and tall person, the blankets were short and narrow, but I crisscrossed them so that worked. Water in the shower took a little to turn warm but not annoyingly so.

The lady at the reception really went the extra mile to take care of me. I was very poorly with bad cold, she helped me with my suitcase, and not only did I get a variety of breakfast packed in for me so I could rest, but she also offered to bring it to my room along with tea. The bed was king size, very comfortable, the place was clean, large and comfortable. Linen and pillows were good quality, I'm sensitive to a lot of fabrics but I these were excellent. Plenty of useful amenities, too, mini fridge, kettle etc. Heating system/vent with remote. Food was also good, simple continental, but good and plenty, both sweet and savory. Slept like a baby for 12 hours after long journey. Shower cabin was nice and big, compared to many. I also got to check out later, 2 h. Bit of extra charged but so worth it. Definitely recommend.

It's very nice budget hotel, and value was great. The location was perfect for me, but not sure if it will suit to most travelers as it seems like there wasn't much around.

The restaurant was a joke. Waiter wasn't friendly and didn't want to answer to basic questions about the food. Felt more like that we are bothering them as paying customers.. Pasta and soup wasn't good. Tortillas were served with rubbercloves on the side, atleast we got a great laugh but i think even some kebab stand would make it better. Waiter and waitress were rude and couldn't provide even a basic manner like "thank you have a good evening" etc. If u want to eat and have service, dont do it at the hotel restaurant.

Its very dated and a bit smelly in the corridor/rooms (musty). Bathrooms very small. Hard beds. Radiator didn't work in room.
