Minor improvements under 20 EUR could have made my stay better - a shower gel, a WC paper reserve, a trash bin in the room (the one in WC was too small), checking areator of the tap in the WC (it was mostly blocked), and most importantly - fixing/anchoring shelves to the walls securely. I accidently/lightly hit a shelf with my knee and all of my stuff fell down on the floor. Luckily, nothing broke.

The rooms were simple and beautiful at the same time.. Great location with shops and transport near by.. Pub and restaurant on the ground floor . Will stay there again...

They accepted the dog with no extra charge. Because we arrived in the evening, it was an easy self check in. The room we stayed was spacious and bathroom was recently renovated and super clean. It was a perfect stay for transit.

Foods bit poor for the demanded price.

Perfect location, nice pup with counter food downstairs. No noise, they close about 9 pm. Could lock my bike inside.

It was little bit oool in the room this time but fortunately staff gave us an air heater.

Perfect location in the center, in front of supermarket and very close to railway station. Good cafe in the same building.

Everything was clean, stuff was friendly, location was very good and bed was comfy. As it was cold outside-they had left us heaters in case we needed them. Complimentary water was available. Would stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Large windows with plenty of natural light and good ventilation. Convenient location near shops and the train station.

the room was not ready. two beds pushed together that kept coming apart. two very small blankets that were cold to sleep in. the shower was broken.

Traffic lights and busy road outside room. There was a metal grid/grate that ran the width of the road that banged loudly every time a car went over it. This noise was constant all night, you could not sleep with the window open. The weather was very hot when we stayed, and there is no air conditioning. Apparently this situation has been like this for many years! Traveling to the hotel from the airport we were called on the phone to hurry up as they wanted to close early because of a local festival. We arrived on Friday, no room service until Monday, including only 1 roll of toilet paper. Most of the staff are not particularly friendly.

Great location - city center, restaurant in 1st floor, tables and parking in the backyard, shops across the street. Madona is very beautiful city. The staff was very understanding - we were allowed to prolong the checkout time for couple of hours.

room was not prepared properly. toilet was not clean and wc paper holder was broken, paper roll was falling on the ground all the time. bed for kid was just a worn out couch with additional mattress on it. it was not comfortable. Our beds were not made, pillows and blankets were set aside, we had to do them by ourselves. also we had to ask for additional bed sheet and pillow for a kid, although we indicated that there will be 3 of us. uncoordinated management.

good location for a fair price. Room was spacious and there was morning sun in the windows.
