Confusing ways to leave and enter the building but after a bit easy to find your way around

Close to shops and center and where we needed to go. Selfcheck in and kitchen makes is a great place to spend some days.

For this type of accommodation, it was one of the best we've stayed at, so I have nothing negative to add.

Very nice room, with an excellent private shower/toilet. The shared kitchen/lounge was also very good. Location in the heart of the art nouveau district, a short walk to the old town. Even though it was busy, we weren't disturbed at all.

Obviously at basement level your window view is of a courtyard, and it did feel like you were on the basement floor. Not an issue for me but maybe for some it could be.

I loved the location. In a central part of Riga with many cafes, restaurants and shops but still walkable to the old town! The facilities are fantastic! The foyer and kitchen are updated and modern. My room was great for one person, but could be a tighter fit for two. The bathroom was updated, clean and adequate. Check in process was easy and had no issues during the stay so I didn't see any hotel personnel.

It wasn’t mentioned in the offer that the flat was on the ground floor (literally under the ground) and we couldn’t see anything from the “window” except for people’s feet:) For a short stay it’s ok, but I would prefer to be informed about. Another thing is a duvet that was double, if you prefer two instead of one for both, take it to the point :)

Very clean room, very good communication, quick response and great location. All the necessary things were provided. We were worried a bit about the sound, since the room appeared to be just in front of the kitchen, however, it was very quiet and peaceful that day.

The location is perfect for what I need to do in Riga. I always stay here (except if I booked too late and it's already full). It's clean and quiet and a good antidote to stress.

Everything is very clean inside all the hotel, comfortable bed, comfortable shower room, comfortable kitchen with all the fascilities. The staff are very polite and help to solve any problems immediately. The hotel is close to the center, it's about 10 minutes to walk. I will definitily stay here again.

Soundproofing could be little better because you can hear other people speaking in the next room.

Peaceful and clean place to stay. Kitchen was good, so you can make your own food or breakfast if you like. Location Is good, busstops near by. Supermarket also near.

The room was clean and quiet. The code allowed entry at any time with no issues. The host offered a cleanup and a towel change for my rather lengthy stay, even though the advertisement stated that there would be no cleanup during the stay.

Everything was amazing: the room is cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, the WiFi is 10/10. The location was good as well, close to bus/railway station in a picturesque district; cafes, a pharmacy 24/7, shops are nearby.

We didn’t notice that the beds in some rooms are smaller (140 x 200) which was a bit uncomfortable for us as a couple. Otherwise literally a perfect stay.

Nothing, everything was great.

Although the place might seem a bit odd at first - you have to go through a gate, a gloomy courtyard, and enter a rather unattractive building - inside it’s really great. A clean, spacious hotel with modern, nicely decorated rooms. Very clean. Good communication with the owners via Booking. Good location and wifi.

There isn’t a reception and it felt strange not seeing staff around during my stay. Check-out involves just leaving your room door ajar so cleaning staff are aware you’ve left.

Nice location in the centre, 15min walk from the old town. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The self check-in was handy for late check-in. The room was comfortable and very clean and quiet. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was looked well-equipped.
