You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When we arrived the third bed was not made and we had to do it ourselves The room was small and there was not a lot of room for 3 people when sharing the room Some details were missing. For example only one pair of slippers left in the room when three people were staying there.

United KingdomMy TV wasn't working in my room properly. At first they dismissed my conplainta, but once they caught on it wasn't just me having the issues, they moved me to different rooms. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue. TV is quite important, espcially in colder weather, when there isn't as much to outside or you just dont want to explore the city as much. I wish hotel would have done more to compansate for the inconvenience. As I mentioned the jacuzzi was closed/broken on my last 3 days.
The morning sauna witj jacuzzi was great! Sad that it broke down on the last 3 days of my stay and the jacuzzi was closed. But I still enjoyed the sauna! Mini fridge was a welcome touch to my room! Staff at the Tallink Hotel Riga were just superb! Nothing was too much trouble.
