The manor is run perfectly and offers wonderful staff, tasty food, spa treatments and beautiful views of lake Usma. For everyone who loves the great outdoors and comfort at the same time. We cannot wait to return!

In the smaller room we stayed in, there was no fridge, which we missed, especially considering it was the warm season in summer — it would have been nice to keep our drinks cold. Also, on the balcony, there was no partition between the neighboring balconies, which would have provided more privacy. Everything else was perfect.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place with an excellent restaurant and reasonable prices. The staff are very polite and helpful. The SPA area is great, and there is an opportunity to enjoy it privately as a couple, which is a lovely touch. We booked our rooms in advance and were very satisfied — everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms: the first was a large family room with three beds, and the second was a standard double, and both were very comfortable

Great place to get away from crowds and enjoy nature and tranquility. Great views from both sides of the hotel. Comfortable beds. Restaurant was amazing! If you want to hire a boat, advance booking might be recommended. Next to the hotel starts natural Moricsala reserve and fishing is not allowed in it's territory however outside the reserve had the best Pike fishing in Latvia so far!

The A/C in the room would make the stay more comfortable, but we kept the window constantly opened and there was also fan in the room.

The hotel has excellent location - near the lake with beach. Not many people around, quiet surroundings. Good breakfast. Recommend.

Bedrooms were very hot on a 28c day, even with the windows open (which let in mosquitoes). Even a single fan would have been nice.

Bit too long waiting times in restaurant. The pikeperch - we checked with chief - unfortunately was not local but imported, so I made the international food choice what was very good - gazpacho soup and duck. 5 stars - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location, staff and clenness was perfect. Facilty is new and outstanding. Had no chance to visit the SPA yet.

I think staff members were overwhelmed, exhausted - one girl worked all 3 days we were there and you could see that it is too much for her. Since the SPA is brand new you probably should be ready for more quests and have more staff members (e.g. we waited for the food in the restaurant something like 1.5h). About the SPA- water in the pool and jakuzzi could be warmer.

I liked the brand new SPA area, staff was super friendly and polite, food was good, breakfast was not a huge choice but everything was with a good quality and that’s what we appreciated. I took an additional massage and it was very nice as well. I think it is a good price/value ratio compared to order places next to Usma.

At the parking lot everything smelled like sewer and it seemed like some kind of a pipe was broken. Room could have more light.

Everything was clean, room was spacious and had everything you might need. It was possible to rent out a boat which we did - it was great! Nice, huge property with a lot of stuff to do and nice lake view from terrace. Breakfest was okay.
