The shower head was broken and the curtains aren’t rage enough to cover the window, allowing the street lights to get in.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious and the room was warm despite the cold temperatures outside.

The room was very smelly, the toilet especially. We were in the bar with another guest in the night but the woman staff was shouting at us twice very loudly and she was very angry. I'm kinda scared of her. (Never had this before in my life). What I could say is you get what you pay so don't think you could get something more.

I like the bed, that was comfortable included TV in the room.

Mold in the bathroom

Even though I messed up my dates and arrived a day later than my reservation started, they found me a room and did not charge me extra for my mistake. Everything in room was clean and it was quiet.

Hotel Viktorija is in a great location, in easy walking distance of the centre and old town and well served by public transport. The staff are really friendly and helpful, our room was warm, comfortable and quiet and very well kept by the cleaning staff. We had a nice view from our room, and there is a cosy bar and lounge on the ground floor. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area, in a fun and vibrant part of Riga. Loved it!

The room inside is quite old, but for the price it was good. Internet was so slow, that I could not do anything , but to use my own data on phone to work. We had problems with cold water in the room, water pressure was so low, that the cold water was barely running in the shower.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There were slippers of normal quality in the room. Price quality ratio is good. We were 3 friends traveling together and we had a room with 3 separate beds , which was awesome. The staff at the front desk is extremely friendly. There is great cafe just across the street for a nice breakfast, the supermarket and the stop of public transport is just 5 minutes walk.

The location Is excellent, very beautiful neighborhood with restaurants and services, bus stop are nearby There are two access/exit so after the check-in you can choose to get in/out from the hotel with lot of privacy. The room is big enough, clean with TV, fridge and television, the heating works perfectly. The staff is very kind and efficient.

The room was quite cold, especially at night, because the wind blew a little through the windows. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The big doors in the corridor right next to the room disturbed my sleep - it closes incredibly loudly.

The bathtub had a couple of chipped enamel places that should be repaired, and the tap for the bathtub/sink could be replaced - it needs to be cranked very hard to close the water flow.

My 3rd time staying at Viktorija, so obviously I'm fairly enamoured of the place! This time, I booked far enough ahead as to reserve the suite, and a magnificent space it indeed is. Easily able to accommodate 4 people, this very large room will transport you back to the Art Nouveau period (except of course there was no YouTube TV back then!).

I stayed in Victoria Hotel 25th of February. I had very bad experience with receptionist Elmira. I wasn't welcome not at all it's seemed like I disturbed her and she really doesn't want to speak with me. I stayed a lot of hotels in different countries and never experience something like this. The person isn't in the right place!

We tried to extend our booking for 2 additional days via Booking App. And it tried to take money for our exited stay DOUBLE and for 2 additional days. Support guys didn't understand my request "to stay in the same hotel and same room for 2 more days". Mission was impossible! The only option I had - to check out, then stay at the reception and check in at the same place after one hour. 😀 The hotel had plenty of discounted rooms available via booking app at the same time. Finally we decided to go to another Hotel across the road for two next days! Thanks Booking Customer service for bad experience and for "flexibility" to the customers! The hotel was ok, nothing wrong.
