Of all the staff I encountered I particularly want to acknowledge the spa staff who were very courteous and professional. Adam Park is just next door to a mini store where one can get basic supplies like toiletries and snacks, and just down the road from a mall and other stores. It’s also a short 10 minute drive to Medina, and about 20 minutes to the airport and train station. There’s also a taxi stand right outside.

United KingdomI had the buffet for dinner, which at 250 dirhams was lackluster with not much variety. The rice tasted like it was burnt. The selections for dessert were icy cold and felt like they had just been taken from the freezer. The room was good and comfortable but the bathroom had no shower rails and water was just everywhere. The room was cold with no way to regulate the room temperature. It might be a good idea if the website was revised to indicate that a shuttle to the airport is no longer available and instead a private taxi at 200 dirhams is available. A bit steep for what was a 9 min drive to the airport.
The staff at reception was very professional and effective checking us in.

MoroccoThe only small problem was the bed which was not in good condition. basically you have to replace the bedding because it's torn. some difficulties to sleep but we manage it for one night. But a 5 star is not supposed to have this kind of problem.
A decent hotel, which meets my expectations every time. good value for money. a large swimming pool, decent buffet for breakfasts. the hotel is large and the rooms are spacious.

United KingdomWe just arrived at an unfortunate time the evening the earthquake hit. so a lot of the hotel wasn't fully open. But they can't be blamed forthat.
Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful under very stressful circumstances for them. Room was comfortable and clean. We had been a room whcih had quite a bit of Damage after the earthquake. we didn't wish to accept it and they moved us right away without any fuss.

We asked for 2 twin beds but we were given a queen bed instead despite the fact that they said we were given upgrade but we didn't feel the upgrade due to the uncomfortable sofabed We left the hotel one day prior to the devestating earthquake We are very sad for what happened to our brothers in Marrakech and All over Morocco We ask almity Allah to heal their wounds and bless their Dead
