Some of the least welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered, felt very dismissed at the front desk at check in.

Very beautiful and well maintained garden, good location close to many restaurants and easy to find. Many tours do pick up from the hotel too. Read many bad reviews about the cleanliness of the room or the breakfast but I didn’t see what was so bad about them. Room was spacious and clean

The hotel is in an excellent location right next to agadir beach and short walk to marina, and there a number of restaurants on the sea front. Breakfast was good . Good location for family and couples!

Staff esp reception not so friendly.Cleaner was lovely and excellent . Don’t go here if you want a fun holiday .There isn’t much to do but ok hotel for relaxing . Spa massages useless. Don’t think you should have to pay extra for gym. Noisy selfish neighbours ,loud guests at night .

Have stayed here a few times when been in Agadir. It seems to be getting better with all the work that’s going on.Decent WiFi this time ,new clean rooms,comfy beds,good views,nice location,clean,big balcony ,nice gardens,2 pools (although freezing )decent breakfast choice.wepl kept gardens.

The food menu is very limited in terms of the buffet, but it's OK for the price paid.

The staff are welcoming and always smiling. The facilities are all nearby, and the beach is just across the road through the rear entrance. Two big swimming pools for adults and one for kids, near restaurants and shops.

The hotel is in need of updating , tiles/grout in bathrooms all need replacing redecoration just a tired look about it . Also it 2024 and there wasn t a hairdryer in any room .

The place is old, which is ok, but certain things such as toilets are in a bad state of repair. I did not mind, as it was not cheap, but worth the price...On the other hand some of the old furniture are really nice... Although I did ask for a quiet room in advance, my room was near the shisha bar, which is part of the hotel. It is quite enough until 11 pm, but they turn up the music right up loud between 11 - 1:30 pm, some nights until 3pm! So, I could not get to sleep well. I asked for a different room, but the alternative would have been a room without internet and one of the older ones or one near the noisy street. So, I stayed where I was. The rooms are not all the same. There are a few real bad ones I heard, with cockroaches and broken appliances and no internet. My room was ok, except for the broken toilet and the loud bar . The food: Nothing to write home about, but it was ok, but when I was there, we hardly got any meat! I mean - I do not need a huge steak or anything, but there was litererally harldy any meat at all. They had few small fish, one chicken, which was all gone within minutes. A few days they had a tajine either with chicken and loads of bones OR beef with loads of bones. You had to cue, and it was gone within minutes as well. They did not get any more... and this was not at the end of dinnertime either.

Great location, right by the beach. Very nice staff. Hotel very clean. The kitchen must also have a good hygiene, other guests and myself never had any problems there. Pools are excellent. There are 2 pools, one with animation and music, which is really ok and not too loud, Low key animation which is nice. But there is a second pool, if you really want your peace and quiet at some time - go there to read and have a relaxed swim. The hotel is good for elderly or handicapped people as well, there are steps with reilings, but also ramps everywhere. There were a few with wheelchair and it works well. However, I am not sure if they have rooms with showers. We all had bathtubs, but bathrooms are big.

The interior of the hotel needs some TLC and the person pouring the morrocan tea at breakfast needs to learn how to interact with the guests. He was indifferent and at times rude. Finally we stayed in the hotel from the 10th to the 13th. Msemen was not available at breakfast. This was disappointing as we always look forword to this Morrocan pancake.

The exterior of the Hotel was well maintained. Easy access to the beach and of course the staff were excellent- well apart from one.

I was put in the wrong room at first (my booking was for sea view with wifi). I was put in a room with no sea view. They changed me to a room with sea view but no wifi and quilts with no covers on them or top sheets. I had to stay one night in that room before I could be moved again so I used my sleeping bag liner. I changed to my actual room the next day. It was a all a bit of a pfaff and could have been organised better. my room had no mattress cover but the sheets and towels were clean. The toilet wasn't great at flushing and was old as are all the facilities.

You can't really argue with this place for the price of it. The location is perfect. It's on the beach in a good area of the strip. My room was a good size, with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was fine - not brilliant but did the job (and there are lots of other breakfast places on the strip). The staff members were all helpful and friendly. Strong and powerful shower. There are definitely some enhancements that need to be done, I will be mentioning them on my next reviews,

We were planning to stay only one night in the hotel but ended up staying for 2 months, and that's mainly thanks to the animation team and the activities they proposed, we will definitely be coming back, also the rooms are big, the beach view is extraordinary
