Bottom line: not client-centric approach to business. My experience: some of the staff were friendly some of the staff were not so friendly. In particular, the staff at check-in and check-out were a little harsh. At check-out, I was being charged more than I should, which I indicated. At first the receptionists insisted that the invoice amount was correct, and after a few back-and-forth they finally agreed I was right and that the amount was incorrect. I asked them to redo the invoice and they said they could not do that, stating that I should pay what I consider the correct amount and that the difference would be paid by the other receptionist who had issued the invoice at an earlier date... Finally, they wouldn't let me contact the accountant, nor give me their names in case I later received a complaint that I didn't pay the full amount of the invoice... Definitely not a client-centric approach to business. All this took about 30 minutes of my time and I almost missed my next appointment.

Quiet area, near the train station and near the stop of the airport bus that takes you to the airport in just 20 minutes. Relatively good buffet breakfast. Small, cute and quiet are with the pool.

One of the rooms was little outdated, elevators weren't working during our stay.

Breakfast was good. We rented two rooms, one was significantly nicer and updated. Location was good as cab rides to the square / airport was less than 10 minutes.

The breakfast last day seamed like leftovers from breakfast the day before. The guest WiFi was nonexistent with amazingly poor coverage and the one at the Karma Café did not reach my room. Very frustrating.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood in the new section of town, with nearby restaurants. However it is a very long 45 minute walk to the Medina or 30 min walk to the Jardin Majorelle....

While taking shower all the toilet gets wet. Breakfast hadn’t very healthy choices. The bedroom looked more modern in the photos than what it was.

Breakfast variety and location are the downsides. But not really a deal breaker! You can always grab a 3€ taxi into the Medina which is under 10 minutes away.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. It has a whole load of reviews that are not great. We knew it was far from the medina but to be honest we enjoyed the 40 minute walk in. The rooms are big and clean. We had a balcony with a little chair and table. It had double glass door for the noise. Yes the bathroom is basic but again it did the job. Breakfast is weak, boiled eggs bread a bit of cheese. And it’s the same every single day, but again it was included so who can complain for the price! The staff are extremely friendly. Yussef was super kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay Amani!

No toilet roll in my bathroom upon arrival (but quickly sorted), and I wasn't fussed on the food (very very dry tagine) from the restaurant on the rooftop terrace. Also not mad keen on the area with lots of 'western' clubs/bars locally, but I knew that before coming!

Clean room, friendly staff and walkable location to most places (train station, the main Mall, the main Square etc). Loved the rooftop cafe for views across the city. It was a hotel with character, which I liked. To be honest, for what I paid, it was not a bad choice! Just wished I tried out the pool (assuming it was open in November!).
