The bedroom needs a kettle!!!! - it was rather frustrating not being able to make myself a cuppa when I wanted one. Breakfast was good but the large 3-tier toaster was not switched on on my third morning (maybe someone forgot to turn it on). The hotel needs to provide more choice of teas and mugs if possible. The cups are too small for a typical cuppa. For sustainability the hotel needs to think of ways to have all lights go off when you leave the room - like in other hotels. The TV needs to offer more English-speaking channels - there was just 1 I think.

Room: Nice size and clean ; plenty of space for clothes etc. Nice view over garden and entire pool. Location: Excellent near everything - all amenities close. Pool: Did not use since not warm enough

The elevator, it's a bit on the antiquated side, rather creaky, if you ask me. My room happened to be on the 5th floor, and the noise from that ancient elevator's engine was dreadfully loud. And as for the room itself, well, it was quite petite, just 20 square meters, which felt rather cramped.

I must say, I rather liked this hotel. It's ever so convenient, being just a stone's throw away from the town center. The staff, quite the professionals, they were. And the cleanliness, top-notch, I must admit.

The place is kind of outdated but works if you're not looking for something fancy. The room had a terrace but no table, or chairs or anything to really use it.

A central hotel in Tanger, 10 mins walking from the Medina. Big with lots of outdoor space. The pool is nice but mostly for kids in it. - Family vibe hotel Good wifi throughout the hotel They have bar and restaurant inside.

It wasnt that clean, when we arrived there were sigarets under the bed. There was no savebox in the room which is weird if you ask me, because all the staff can enter whenever they like. The beds were very old and there were no good blankets.

The bathroom needs deep cleaning. The toilet was dirty.

Check in was fast and easy, even though it was late. The lady receptionist moved us to a full bed room the next day, since we were given a room with 2 small twin beds.

But Therese is som areal at the hotel, just beside the stars wich is very, very durty. That was not good.

Music and noise at night,till nearly 3 in the morning. Had to go to reception to complain and got changed the next morning Pool couldn't be use as it was dirty.

The room did have a slight scent to it but I think it may have been because of a wood burner to heat the place. However, I do think this place was worth it for the price. We thought about a place that looked more comfortable for twice the price but have no regrets on booking this.

The hotel is old and was definitely a site to see in its prime. That said, the hotel was a great value. The room was large and with a balcony overlooking the pool. While the internet was not fast, it was more than enough for basic work. Late at night, I could even stream an NBA game with only a few issues. I also liked they had an open bar that was pretty busy on Saturday night. Many foreigners playing card games and talking.

The elevators were not really up to modern standard

The place have seen better days, we were there outside the seasons it appeared quite empty. Traces of old glory is still visible. The maintenance is adequate and the rooms have been updated. There is a bar in the lobby and downstairs. The place offers a relatively good value for the money. We did not try the restaurant.

Very kind and understanding staff during morning time, they had more serious staff during evening and nights, but still very nice. I adored my room balcony and lighting during day time!
