Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere were not enough sunbeds or umbrellas around the main pool, sunbeds rather shabby and could have been cleaned more regularly, a battle most mornings to get a sunbed and even worse if you wanted one in the shade (not enough umbrellas) The so called Private beach area was a short walking distance, (really a trek) from the hotel and not the best. sunbeds and umbrellas could have been better The public areas within the hotel were tired and in need of attention, the public toilet areas in the hotel not always as clean as you would want, but when this was highlighted to staff sorted quickly
The staff were so friendly, the animation team were very good, glad they started doing more things in English , rather than all French, during the second week of our stay. The food was excellent everyday, however always very very busy in dining areas, but that wasn't a problem as always enough selection of foods. Many excursions to choose from via hotel reps Rooms lovely , cleanliness very good in room. Location of hotel good

United KingdomThe two biggest issues for us were no ice cream and no mini disco (despite it being advertised daily on the notice board as well as online). We were on a family holiday with a 4yr old who expects at least 1 daily when on holiday. None all week at the hotel. Thankfully for 10MD we could get an ice cream daily from the shop across the road. We've done a few all Inc type holidays in the past few years and we've never not had a mini disco. The hotel is advertised as having a mini disco. When we arrived it said on a hotel leaflet that children's entertainment and activities were only outside term time. We arrived 2nd January. Children in UK would've been on school holiday, so I can only guess that they're following school holidays of Morocco or France, which is fine, but should be clear on their advert - we wouldn't have booked here had we known. To add to this it was still being advertised daily on the noticeboard so we kept attending and hoping - but nothing. I even asked a member of the entertainment staff by the pool one day and he assured me it was on at 8pm (not the advertised 8.45pm), so we went then, and again - nothing. When we asked there they said there was no mini disco. All the staff in the main were friendly and approachable but the entertainment staff were poor. Made little effort to engage with us or involve us. Usually they're very keen to interact with children in these places, but not here. They seemed very inexperienced. We got more interaction from the waiting staff. All of the evening entertainment is french dancing to french songs. Not so easy to join in. Nice to watch others enjoy though. The target audience for the evening entertainment was french people over 60. The hotel claim to have a 'late breakfast' 1030-1130hrs which is left over pastries in a basket on the bar surrounded by flies - I recommend you don't miss breakfast. Dining experience was usually ok, unless they'd run out of cutlery.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was good, nice and warm, powerful. The cleaners were all lovely and hard working. They offered to come daily but we asked they come every other day and they were fine with that. My partner enjoyed the BBQ'd meats of an evening and the local beer. We both enjoyed being able to get a bottle of wine with our meal, saving us going up and down to the bar.

RomaniaThe pool area is overcrowded, people ignore sign of no reservation of sunbeds leaving your towel on, chaos during meal time, no food signs and what contained, most of activities, entertainment and communication in French, lack of English, if you request something they will say yes but you won't get what you asked for 🙂, cleaning room is superficial, just tidy up the beds. The private beach is quite far, they provide only sunbeds and umbrella, there are no facilities (toilet, bar, etc).
Staff very friendly, supportive, polite, decent size of room, good food, security

FranceThe booking details say: there is an iron, but in fact there is not. There are also no double beds, there are 2 double beds placed next to each other. You cannot lie close because of the space between the two mattresses. Pool chairs were too few, we couldn't take them to enjoy the pool.
Clean room, friendly staff.

United KingdomThis is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The place is so run down. The decor is dated. The childrens entertainment was subpar. The furniture is plastic garden furniture. The staff are friendly but so few. Their services are lacking, you have to go to main reception for towels or anything else. The bathrooms are beyond basic. They have no teas and coffees in the bedroom. The tv channels are in French and Arabic. The food was 5/10. After paying £1500 for 4 days for 2 rooms i am very very very disappointed and feel completely ripped off. This hotel should not have the stat rating it claims it has. The photos are misleading and photoshoped.
The gardens and layout and closeness to the shops and beach. That is it. We could have gone camping in a tent and it would have felt about the same.
