Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomA taxi cannot get to the door so you have to walk from a drop-off area a few streets away. This wasn't a problem for us but something others should be aware of, although it is probably the same for most other riads located in the centre.
Walking out from the riad, it is one minute before you are in the narrow alleys of the medina. Inside, it is quiet and peaceful, with a charming roof-level patio. We sat inside the glassed-in area with heaters as in December it is chilly in the morning. Breakfast was a little different every day, always plenty and freshly-made. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tilework in the bathroom was beautiful and through the tiny window I could hear donkeys traipsing past before dawn. There were electrical outlets by every bed. We would stay again!

GreeceThe room was a bit small, as a couple with two large suitcases we didn’t have a lot of space to navigate comfortably. If you are a light sleeper, bring earbuds for the morning prayer.
Excellent location within the medina of Marrakech. Very nice facility with a beautiful terrace. Lovely breakfast and mint tea. Nice atmosphere and heated room. The personnel were helpful and polite. They also gave as a breakfast to go the day we had to leave before breakfast hour.

Everything is good here, they go extra mile to let us be ok, we arrived to Marrakesh at 3 am so we were really tired to get up in breakfast time and they give us our breakfast out of time because the knew that we were tired They have nice facilities and really, clean bedrooms. They recommend hammam that is a massage and bath experience, if you are with your couple I totally recommend to do it.

Brazil- Wifi was not good. - The riad was clean, but there was a lot of dust on the floor of the accommodation, and little toilet paper in the bathrooms. This didn't help my allergies. Everything else is ok
- Very cozy - Delicious and well served breakfast - Beautiful decoration - Friendly staff - Location, it is easy to find the riad in the middle of the medina - Spa is great, I highly recommend it

Fantastic riad in the Marrakech medina! Can't say enough good things about the owner and staff. So warm and welcoming! They sent us over to their sister property to have a swim in their pool. Breakfast is pretty lavish and changed a bit every day. Setting in the medina was accessible by taxi or tuk tuk and even though it's at the heart of Marrakech was very peaceful and quiet in the hotel. Rooms are stylish and cozy. Close to lots of excellent food choices and an easy stroll to the souks and Jemaa el Fna square. And if you read Spanish you could treat yourself to one of the detective mystery books written by the owner! On site restaurant is for guests and features a Spanish twist to traditional Moroccan dishes- highly recommended.

We couldn’t recommend this place more! The location was perfect, the riad beautiful & clean and the host gave us the full picture about how to move in the city and recommended activities. Breakfast also was tasty and quality. The host also gave us the opportunity to use the pool of their other riad and off course we took it :)

ItalyIn terms of location, this place is really easy to find and reach. It is very close to the many important landmarks and museums. The room and bathroom was really lovely, designed in Moroccan style, with daily cleaning. Keep in mind that rooms are on the darker side, but this is very typical for Moroccan riads to keep people protected from north African heat, and to provide privacy and calmness from the outside world. The owner Teresa and her staff were all so welcoming, helpful and really friendly. Teresa takes time to give you great tips not only on regular tourist attractions but also tips to visit places where regular marocans go. She organized for us pick up from the airport and also very early ride back to the airport. We definitely recommend to eat in their little restaurant and to try their exceptionally good Berber tajine. We literally had this dish 3 times during our stay and we could not get enough. We inittialy booked only for 3 nights but decided to stay another 2 night, and than we moved to their sister riad Sabor Safrà located only few mins walk. Here we had traditional Moroccan hammam with massage and this is a MUST TRY! If you stay in this riad ask Teresa to book it for you and do not miss this unique moroccan experience.

NetherlandsThe only odd thing was that we did not get a key to the riad's entrance. We felt a bit guilty ringing the bell after a night out (i.e. after midnight), nevertheless there was always someone there to open the dor with a smile on their face.
This was one of our best stays ever! The staff was absolutely amazing. The owners went out of their way to help us with last minute bookings and made sure we have a great time and stay safe. We felt really pampered. The room was spacios, super clean and confortable. They have a lovely terrace where you can rellax after a long day, have a few drinks and something to eat.
