Asked for my breakfast to be packed the last day as I had an early check out and was given some bread and other roti like thing. No butter or jam or any other accompaniments. No regard to how I would eat it. Wish they were a bit more considerate. I asked to use the hamam but it didn’t seem like they wanted to offer it as they kept coming up with various excuses (need 2 hours to heat up, not accepting credit cards for payment etc.) so I eventually gave up and went elsewhere across the street (Les Bains Orient or someplace like that).

Lovely riad, as described the photos. Staff were friendly, could be more welcoming though. Food was good. Great location, in the middle of the Medina.

The guy from the staff who welcomed us was very insistent at times. We felt a bit of pressure.

We loved our stay. The room was spacious and welcoming, very good breakfast, beautiful terrace and friendly staff, expecially Nora and Yassim. The location is perfect to escape the chaos of the medina but still be in a walking distance from it.

parking nearby is difficult. had to park a little bit far away and walk to the location. not so convenient if you have large baggages.

clean and comfortable. three Riads are very impressive. rooftop is also worth a enjoyful stay. very nice breakfast. YESSINE, the receptionist on the day we arrive, for sure is the soul of the Riads. He is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. He can even speak some chinese, surprising! thanks to his help, my family of six person enjoyed this accommodation a lot.

Staff ask for extra money for pretty much every thing which They call tax. We have paid extra 50 dirhem for the room tax and 25 dirhem for breakfast each person.

Al members of the staff greeted us with a smile and a nice tea and cookies when we arrived. They were super helpful and offered their help and recommendations to make sure we had the best stay. The room was beautifully decorated and all the facilities very clean. Our beds were so comfortable that we slept like logs after the long walks in the medina. Every single detail at the hotel was carefully thought out, the decoration, the fragrance used for the patios, the delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend it and when I go back to Marrakech I will definitely repeat!
