The bed linen was dirty, when we checked in. We stayed for 3 nights, in one morning breakfast was late. No sound isolation.

Authentic riad with nice terrace, good breakfast. Good price.

The rooms on the groundfloor are a bit noisy in the morning (because of breakfast area and lots of birds).

Staff was extraordinary friendly and helped us with every wish we had! Roof terrasse was nice and the riad itself is just wonderful. It's quite hard to find, so we recommend to take the offer of a pick up service.

Avoid if its your first time in Marocco, it is very hard to find. Very long waiting time for breakfast (<1h) because staff was simply sleeping (!?!?) Happened twice within 5 days.

    Nice decor, marrocan style

I had a flight back to Sydney the afternoon I had checked out, and the owner was kind enough to let me leave my luggage and have a shower after sight seeing for the day. I also found the staff very warm and happy...always asking if I wanted to share some food or tea.

The staff offer a map of the city and can help you organize your sightseeing day. This was really helpful for us. Normally, they pick up their guests from the airport (because the guest house is really hard to find!), but we were unlucky and the taxi driver had an accident. But they apologized honestly and we could find an alternative to come to the guest house.

The breakfast didn't contain any vegetables, but if you like sweet stuff it's nice. I would suggest to book a room on the upper floors, because ours was next to the host's room and the garden for breakfast, so we were a bit lack of intimacy. The location is not the nicest part of the Medina, but it's calm and quiet.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice and attentive. Contrary some comments our host spoke English. We didn't have to hurry to leave on the day of our departure.

After having passed the very small door I entered a beautiful place of peace and quietness. Yes, I fellt at home every evening after having passed this little entrance door. The staff is very very friendly and, if you have a need, communicative as well. My room, basement, made me feel to be pretty close to what was happening in the atrium. Meaning, if privacy is a demand... choose first floor (British English, 2nd floor American English). And, after having arrived, save the GPS-position to your mobile phone. But... this is at it is in Medina of Marrakesch

Nice and warm staff althought their english was very poor, The room was comfortable and so was the terasse. What we didnt like was the location, the Riad is in a very bad neighbourhood with people bothering you. The way to get to the interesting places was long, noisy and a busy crazy road. Next time we will choose a quiter location in Marrakech

The walls of the riad were cracked. The blankets in the closet were very old and dirty with small spiders. Breakfast very basic with bread only no morocco an pastry like adviced on line. Plus we had to pay extra charges that were not mentioned on booking. What's worst is the location which is very far from jamee lefnaa. We had to take a taxi on the way back to the riad. When we arrived their at around 7hoo pm, we didn't find anyone we had to call the owner and waited for about 10 to 15 min outside the riad in the alley

Location. It's not easy to find this place, especially if you haven't a map or mobile internet. Be careful of native helpers who are ready to show you right way. They'll demand your money when you approach the hotel, so I strongly recommend to take a taxi, especially if it's your first time in Marrakech

Watch out! Do not arrange an excursion/trip through this Riad, they charge you double the actual rate. They tried to charge us €40 for a €20 trip to Ouzoud Cascades and blamed the high cost on the company they use - imzi tours - when in fact a quick peruse of imzi tour's website proves that they in fact only charge €25. It's a shame they try to rip you off as our stay was otherwise good.

Just to mention something, the Riad provides a pick up service from the airport, I did not take it and it took me ages to find it at my arrival. If this is your first time in Marrakech my advice is that you book the taxi with them. The price difference is worth it.

It is really very hard to find. Especially if it is your the first time in marrekech, we would recommend to take a cab. The hostel usually offers transportation to the airport, which is quite expensive for maroccan standarts (15Euro).
