Only 2 of the 3 aircon units worked. We had to clean the filtets of the 2 working units to get cool air. It looked liked they never been cleaned. The dish cloth in kitchen was dirty, no towels for drying, no soap to clean dishes with. The coffee maker was broken. Plug for sink missing. Shower leaks badly This apartment needs a real tidy up & proper clean

The duplex is walking distance from the medina & located within a secure area that has resturants, small stores & a pharmacy. The apartment is spacious. Our host was very helpful in arranging a cab to the airport on the day of departure

There was no washing liquid and toiletries, it would be useful to have the mini ones. You need to watch out when you come downstairs, it is easy to fall down as we did three times and we got bruised. The funny side of the house is that when you make a mistake and you try to open the door to the room which isn't yours :));

The location, the house is very spacious and beautifully decorated, very clean. It is a nice escape from the busy centre of Marrakech. There are three local restaurants and the food is not expensive. Also some shops. Abdullah the host of those properties is a lovely guy always willing to help. He printed our boarding cards, he looked after my cousin who didn't speak any languages he does and who came separately on his own to the property. Beds were very comfortable. There is a rooftop garden but we didn't use it much, we loved socialising in the lovely living room at that time.There was air conditioning in every room and a tv.

Because we arrived later then the check in we had to pay a cab for 20 euro which is quite expensive for morrocco. The pool already closed at 6pm

The cleanliness is not the strongest point, a lot of dust and dirty dishes in the kitchen.

The appartment is in a great location, very close to Medina. There are 3 quite big swimming pools, few restaurants, shops and travel agencies in the area. Appartment is big, four bedrooms, dinning room, kitchen and living room.

When we arrived, we we're surprised with a free upgrade. An 3 bedroom apartment instead of a 2 bedroom apartment. Het house was stunning! We felt like the king and queen! A traditional Moroccan house build but recently build with all the modern conviniences. The appartement is inside a compound, nice and quiet and with security. And a few restaurants, little supermarkets and the swimming pool are inside the compound. In the busy Marrakesh, this place feels like a breeze being so nice and calm. And with a cab or a 30 minuten walk you'll get to the busy center of Marrakesh in no time.

The apartment was filthy, light switches grubby, bird droppings on the dining furniture and floor, we had to wash the microwave plate before using, there was broken crockery and no kettle. Someone's washing was in the washing machine. The glass table on the rooftop terrace was cracked and chipped which is dangerous. All the shelves and window ledges were dusty. This place hadn't had a decent clean in a long time. Numero 1, 2 bedroom townhouse is definitely not the place to stay.

I liked nothing about the apartment we were allocated. It is in a residential area. There is a small supermarket and a couple of eating places on site, 1 of which was fine the other they couldnt care less if they served you or not.

Very old and need a lot of maintenance, a lot of things not thought about We had terrace on the top, was very old and dusty, no one got it ready no Soap in the bathrooms, hand towels, no bins in the bathroom, no dark curtains in the room. Tv was not working, but after asking host it was installed on our second day, no coffee machine , cattle not working Water tab in one of the bathrooms was broken, they fitted new one when we asked I don’t think this property was ready for rent and for money we paid I think it should be better condition

The host communicates very well in english and will come to the gate of the residential area. Its near to medina (though the big square is around 1.5km walk, which i joyfully did each time). We ended up getting a bigger unit than we booked so we were delighted. It has heaters in bedrooms, a washing machine, heated tap water everywhere, working gas so we could cook and lot of utensils which you can even host a feast (i dont know about all units but our unit was so good that we ended up extending for 3 more days). It has a nice roof with chairs and tables and bbq place. I have never stayed in such luxury home. Also the wifi works very well in the hall, though the unit is very big (three stories) so reception at all places were not equal but thats not the owners fault, its physics. In my bedroom I used to use orange and i got really good reception. Also many restaurants in the in the area and one which opens 24/7. Some grocery shops, cafe and a spa also. Will definitely stay here if I am back in marrakech.

The house was fantastic very clean we were given water and toilet tissue on arrival there was a washing machine with powder great locating just a 15 minute walk to the madina there are super markets on site also 5 restaurants all excellent food and very very cheap 😀

Other than our main issue down below the top room has no air con. It was unsleepable in summer and one of us had to sleep in the lounge area. Also, the top of the roof had a small gap, which dust from outside was getting in and dropping down into the lounge. Also the kitchen was dusty and dirty in places. We had booked this for over Eid holiday for 3 days leaving on a Friday (which the pool was closed but we were leaving anyway). I was with my mother, and it was over 40 degrees. We had been messaging the owner who knew we were mainly after the pool, but who failed to mention it would be closed over the holidays. When we raised this with him, he called me shouting angrily on phone, accusing me of being disrespectful to his culture for disturbing him on his holiday. Felt like a cheap shot to be honest and he only seemed to be out for our money. He could have informed us it was closed. We messaged many times. First time I've wrote a bad review. We applied for a partial refund but he wouldn't give it to us. Be careful before booking and make sure you aren't staying over any holidays as pools will be closed. We moved to another accommodation with a pool and didn't get a partial refund from him.

The complex itself was nice and the lounge area was nice and comfortable- lots of couches. Beds were comfy. Staff in facility were very helpful and friendly.

Too much to list all, some lights not working, WiFi keeps turning off, 1 toilet did not flush properly had to use a bucket of water, very little crockery and cutlery, swimming pools were empty, wild birds in the property, shower leaky and had to be hand held, bath is rusty inside, internal doors did not close properly, kitchen only has cold water tap, toilet lids loose, toilet bowl loose to the floor.
