The pool was a beautiful feature of the property, but location made it impractical for use. We were there in the winter, so it might be a different situation in the summer.

EVERYTHING. The staff and the owner they are all so kind and amazing. Location is great, it’s all on your doorstep but when you’re inside it feels like an oasis of calm. Breakfast is really good. The vibe of this riad is beyond what we expected. The heartwarming staff and their impeccable personal service made our stay even more wonderful. We will come back here and would whole-heartedly recommend anyone to stay there as well.

There was some construction going on right next door. It was a bit noisy during the middle of the day but it wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend too much time in the Riad during the day.

I loved every minute of my stay.

The riad is beautiful and was a quiet oasis in the medina. The staff were very helpful and went beyond expectations to make my stay comfortable. The breakfasts were fresh varied and delicious. I twice requested dinner in the riad, and it was fabulous.

None that I can think of. For individuals with accessibility issues, it may be troublesome climbing the stairs but this is true for most riads and dars throughout Morocco.

Dixneuf La Ksour is an intimate riad in the heart of the principal shopping district of the Marrakech Medina. With its restrained yet eclectic interior design, massive bathrooms, and comfortable guest rooms and nooks, it is a highly recommended stay that is a retreat from the shopping and energy outside its front door. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful--and the breakfast superb. Highly recommended for a short or long stay in Marrakech!

Elegant and real without having to be overtly Marrakech, this beautiful house is perfectly situated in the Medina and easily accessible. The incredibly kind staff make all the difference going above and beyond to make one feel at home. Will most certainly return!
