Very fresh and spacious apartment, almost new. A lot of space, air, light. All equipment is new and works excellent. Wifi fast and perfect. Location in front of surf stations. Not crowdy.

Cannot fault this amazing accommodation, location is perfect, across the road from the beach, restaurants over the road also. The host goes above and beyond for you, nothing is a hassle. Would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend.

The location of the apartment is easy to find. Press the doorbell "0" in front of Building 1, and a security guard will open the door to help carry luggage, give you a room card, elevator, kitchen, laundry and other living facilities, complete, the room is clean and new, and the landlord will give you a large bottle of water and a fruit basin. There is not enough hot water for four people to take a shower. There is a large supermarket - Carrefour in 3 minutes by car, and 8 minutes by car to the old city parking lot. It is worth recommending.

Nothing, it was fabulous.

This is a wonderful, comfortable, clean, well managed, well furnished and equipped self-catering apartment. We stayed for 3.5 weeks and loved it. It was so easy and comfortable to live there. The kitchen was the best equipped that we have ever had on holiday. We were just 2 people so the space was luxurious - we had a bathroom each, but it was clear that 4+ people could stay there just as comfortably. The apartment was managed by Awatif and her husband Rachid who were also wonderful. Awatif met us on arrival at the bus station and drove us to the apartment, where she had already prepared us Mint tea and gorgeous local cinnamon biscuits! At our request she cooked us a delicious tagine and sides, and she was really responsive on the few occasions that we contacted her on whatsapp. Although it was Dec-January the apartment was warm. Wifi was strong and reliable throughout the apartment. The apartment is well located just a minute's walk to the beach, near to the beach bars and restaurants, and where the camels and ponies are stationed during the day for tourist rides. The Medina is a brisk 20 to 25 minutes walk, local shops about 15 minutes and Carrefour supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

There was nothing not to like

Absolutely everything about the apartment was fabulous, open spacious and exceedingly clean , most was wonderful greeted us with some lovely mint tea.

There is a construction site nearby and the navigator leads to a dead-end route, but this is only the first time you need to know.

Wonderful stylish and modern apartment. Suitable even for long stays. Fully equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. Cleanliness in everything, towels, bed linen, showers, floors. By the way, there are two shower rooms. Very comfortable beds, there is a spare folding bed. The house has a surf center. 3 minutes to the beach. There is a camel camp on the beach. An ideal place to relax after a good wind.

I loved everything!

I had incredible experience in this stay . The host lady is more than welcome , and helped me with all my questions, either with room diffuser smell 🥰 . All apartments is spotless, either i m very picky and have huge experience with hotels stay, and this place is one of my favourite places where i did stayed. The bed is extremely comfortable, and bedding is very soft for skin. Kitchen have all equipment what u can to imagine, plenty of plates, glasses, and pans. Washing machine is very smart, and very easy to use . All washing powder was provided. Host lady spoiled us with very delicious Moroccan pastries 🥮 this stay was more than amazing. Thank you so much for so welcoming meet up and all help .

That we couldn’t stay longer! But we will be back!!

Every single thing! It was a large apartment with 2 bedrooms which each had their own beautiful bathroom, large living room, Kitchen, dining room table, and comfortable terrace where we relaxed at night just listening to the sound of the ocean. The hosts were so friendly and kind and even welcomed us with the most delicious fresh mint tea…best tea we had during our entire time in Morocco as well as a bowl of fresh fruit. The property is very new and feels very safe and is very, very clean. It is directly across the street from the ocean and wonderful restaurants where you can eat outside while watching camels, horses and the waves! It is also within walking distance to the Medina. We stayed in 6 apartments and riads while in Morocco and this was by far our most comfortable and was also an incredible price for how beautiful it was! We absolutely loved it.

Beautiful, modern apartment directly next to the beach. From the rooftop terrace you can see the wind and kites on the sea. Has a very practical laundry room for surf equipment. The hosts are very nice and you can order a delicious dinner brought to you at home if you like.

We should have planned more days in Essaouira to fully enjoy.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this jewel, we were greeted with mint tea and fruit basket, like 5 stars hotels. Very large apartment spotlessly clean in a luxurious building literally on the beach. The new facilities are of high quality and the furniture is very comfortable. The panoramic view while having breakfast is breathtaking of the hills around Essaouira and sunrise. The owner arranged few activities such as quad. He even arranged to transport our shopping from the Medina to the apartment. We noticed that the building is monitored from inside and outside by camera and staff 24 hours. We will definitely return to this apartment given the location on the beach and next to restaurants, services and the outstanding availability of the host. We recommend it without hesitation.
