I could hear the neighboring guests pee… the room has no outdoor windows. So to air out the room you need to stay in your room and expect people walking in the hallway to see you. The soaps provided are also cheap. No available parking on the premises like the description specified

The location and the staff are the high points for this establishment. The breakfast is decent and filling although the “petit pain” and yogurt are of mediocre quality. The night manager is so nice and opens the door for me at night when I get in late

There was no lift nor staff to assist with luggage nor was there any way to cool the room. The shower curtain did not reach the floor, leading to a flooded bathroom floor.

We had a fair size room in this characterful hotel; breakfast of bread, warm pain au chocolate, yogurt and coffee was served on the rooftop terrace. Location is an easy walk from the bus station and many of the shops and restaurants in the medina.

Our room no 26 got cat urine smell. Very hard to sleep.

Road in the best location right in the middle of Madina and easy to find. Room is comfortable and spacious. Surprisingly there is big bath tub inside

Loud on a Friday /sat due to noisy bar close by but to be honest , probably would be the same wherever you are as médina is not that big

We had a room with a balcony on the street side. This was very loud during the night and early morning. In addition, the walls seemed to be very thin making it easy to be woken up by neighbours or other hotel guests.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

I did like the location it's near to everything, and it's very calm even though it's in the heart of the old medina, the staff were very kind the room was clean and comfortable, it's my second time and I always check their availability when I'm planning to come to essouira.

Like all traditional riads, the room was narrow with windows looking only inwards to the communal courtyard.

Cool shady old Riad with beautiful decor. Great food, shopping and sunsets within a few steps. Good beach too if you don’t mind the wind.

There was no window in the room so it was not much for a view. To get warm water in the shower took a while, though this is common in all accommodation in Essaouira.

The location was excellent and the place was rather a hotel than a traditional riad. The room was big and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Clean riad with an amazing rooftop at a central spot in Essaouira. Staff is very friendly and helps you with things you need. They are also very flexibele with extra demands. Nice rooms, beautiful patio.
