You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyLack of exchange facilities at reception although it was advertised. Opening times for restaurants, menu selection, room service possibilities non existent in our room or at reception or around hotel. Maintenance in adjacent rooms started banging every morning around 8am. In our room one shower was blocked, light socket in bathroom hanging off, light socket in bedroom hanging off, window seal hanging off which may have been the reason that the noise from outside could be heard which was not the best at 4-5am, bedside light switch did not work (not sure which light it was there for).
The location was very good. Breakfast choice was vast.

United States of AmericaNo advantage to located on the municipal beach, where conditions were not favorable to swimming when I was there in mid-October. Visiting the Medina required a taxi ride. I stayed in two rooms, neither facing the ocean. Instead, they were on lower floors with uninteresting views of back streets. There was little of interest around the hotel (including restaurants). When I insisted on changing rooms because of an unsafe door, I was changed without question, despite being told earlier that the hotel was full (clearly not the case). I had to go to the desk with all of my questions/complaints because there was no way to use the phone in the room. At breakfast, I had to ask for a table to be cleaned for me.
"Quite" close to the ferry terminal, as in a short taxi ride. Taxis were plentiful along the esplanade.

United KingdomThe hotel is fine. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Our rooms looked out at the street where another hotel or apartments were in the process of being built. There is a good bar that shows football (my kids were pleased) and a piano bar. Breakfast was fine. Sadly the outside space did not live up to the photos and the pool looked dirty. This was really disappointing.
