We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhen we arrived 2 guests were complaining about the noise of maintenance work. We then realised the maintenance work was due to the pool being worked on/empty. I was shocked and fuming!!! No notification and nothing on booking.com to state this (I even went on the site in front of the receptionist and showed her it said ‘pool open all year round’) After some twoing and froing we were told we could use a sister hotels pool, a 5 min drive away which was a bit inconvenient but the hotel did offer to drive us there and pick us up. Sink plug got jammed on the Monday evening. I forgot to tell reception when I went down Tuesday morning but informed the rude male receptionist when we came back from the pool at 5pm (had to pay for a taxi back as reception weren’t answering the phone) no one came. Told him again, still no one came. After fiddling around under the sink I managed to free the plug myself Wednesday morning! Rooms small. Couldn’t open the window as was greeted by a huge palm and bugs flying in. Air con didn’t work. Took the lift up on the first day, didn’t chance it again!!!! Smallest, most decrepit lift I’ve ever seen. Could just about get 2 of us in with our suitcase and it creaked under the weight! I witnessed cleaners pulling out food from peoples rooms to keep! If you want a nice place to stay, stay somewhere else!!!

AustraliaI arrived and the room had not been cleaned at all. Bed was still unmade from previous person. I went back down and asked and waited for 10 minutes and was told that the room was now clean, but all they had done was straighten the doona. They didn't change the sheets or make the bed properly. I found a hair in it. There were no toiletries, no aircon or heating and the restaurant was closed for dinner. No hair dryer was available to use. Staff said there was only one to serve a building with 3 floors and that someone else was using it. Other people had issues with usual items (getting a spare blanket). And the lift was broken down when I had to leave in the morning.
Location and relatively modern, restaurant and downstairs area were gorgeous.

Its close to main trail station and Suprabus station. we choose to stay there after coming from Essaouira and before very early morning flight, mainly because of convenient location. Its ok for short overnight stay, but do not expect something extraordinary. There is nice pool outside and garden

United KingdomIt’s such a shame it just needs a huge huge update the lift button is falling apart there paint stains everywhere wood coming away from the floorboards it could be a good hotel in a perfect location.
Second time I have stay here and a much much better experience. The women on the front desk was great very helpful and polite. My room had its own balcony which was great to relax on. The location is perfect 2 mins from the train station.

Germany-the doors are not sound proof. We can hear almost everything in the corridor, and we couldnt sleep comfortably because of the noise. -Some people in the hotel were very loud even after 23:00. Some noise regulation should be put in place. -The chamber we got had only two electrical plugs. And these plugs were far away from the bed. -There is no small fridge nor a hair dryer in the room. -There is no heating in the room. However, it is indicated in the room description that there is one. Such a deception since the room got cold at night (January). -The TV monitor is very old, time to upgrade.

GermanyWe were charge an 30 euros when we arrive. The guy at the desk gave us receipt of what we were supposed to pay and were I asked him why were not the extra 30 euros that he charged us more show in the receipt he got upset and said that we were paying city taxes. 30 euros more in city taxes for each and not showing in the receipt. Very suspicious. He got 60 euros just like a finger snap. Not good. The towels were not white but gray. The rooms were not to the ibis standard and the worse was the toilet room. The halls and area of the pool very nice. Only the rooms were terrible.
