We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe owner is French and loves French speakers I feel he doesn’t like anyone that isn’t French speaking staying at his property. There is a lot wrong with this property I can’t even begin to list things as I will be here all day and night, but in short No AC No WiFi in suites or garden area No disabled access Poor lighting throughout Expensive restaurant No taxi nearby nobody will come to you No shops nearby Poor breakfast using cheap ingredients Not 15 minutes to Jadida it’s 30 minutes to the centre Poorly signed so difficult to find Pasqal needs to invest his money into fixing this property and it could become a real hidden gem
The staff were the best thing about the property. The owner needs to give them a pay raise and stop exploiting them.

United KingdomNo wifi no disabled access not clean ripped bed sheets no AC working poorly advertised so many things wrong with this property and the owner Pasqal needs to start reading reviews and acting on things. Also if you don’t speak French then forget it. The owner loves a French speaker not Arabic or Moroccan guest
Property is 30 minutes from the centre of Jadida not 15 minutes as advertised. The WiFi is only in the entrance of the building not in the suites or pool garden area. The property needs modernising. The AC didn’t work. There was no running water one night and all hotels in Morocco had uninterrupted water supply this property didn’t. The Owner Pasqal needs to refurb this property. The property only had a ramp for disabled access into the reception area there is no disable access to the suites there is a poor path to the suites which you can fall on as it is flagstones in the ground with large gaps. The property neeeds major investment to update it. There are no shops nearby and no taxis nearby. You only have the option to eat at the restaurant which is expensive. The staff other than Pasqal are fantastic and seem to do everything they don’t just do one job they do many from cleaning serving food, check in and check out help with luggage etc. the owner seems to exploit the workers and they definitely don’t deserve it and need to be paid more money

MoroccoThe room is poorly maintained, curtain not working can't open it, shower head support broken... too much things need maintenance and reparation. Room cleanliness not satisfying. Very poor breakfast, it will be better to not include it than to offer such breakfast.
The environment was okay, calm with nice garden and pool views.

United Kingdomwi-fi needs improving and some more lighting in the rooms.
The gardens were amazing. The rooms were very large and comfortable. Amazing staff, especially Fifi and Soufiane. i would also like to say a big thank you to Mr Pascal. he went beyond the normal service and made sure we were taken care of on several occasions.
