No air-conditioning, which I imagine could be an issue during warmer months. I opened window for a couple of hours after sunset to let some cool air in.

The bar with panoramic view is great, but the cocktails are rally below par ofr such a place, and the staff seems to be out of touch totally.

Tired decor and furnishings, with crooked pictures. Dirty seats outside on the terrace, and bad smell. Key cards didn't work for the two rooms we booked. Only one set of towels in a double room. Needs more sockets for charging phones in rooms. Rucked up carpets in front of the lift was a trip hazard. Told the Moroccan restaurant was closed and had to request special favour in the downstairs restaurant to get Moroccan dishes. Our rooms facing the Medina were very noisy at night and should really be double glazed and better fitting to reduce the disturbance from traffic, barking dogs and muezzin at 3.30 - 4.30 am. I had booked mountain view, but told we had to have Medina view as an upgrade. Unclear bill on checking out - hard to tell if the price was the one advertised on Booking.com. The surrounding area is rather scruffy and not reassuring if wanting to walk to the Medina.

Good view of the Medina. Comfortable bed. Soft, fluffy towels. Plenty of hot water. Staff helpful when there were problems. Very nice evening meal with generous portions. Good breakfast. Bathroom seemed newly redecorated. Good WiFi signal.

The lunch buffet was somewhat expensive and prices are not advertised. I could've asked but was 2 shy lol. However the food was delicious and the catering team were v helpful.

the rooms are nice but could do with an update/refurb, they are a little old/outdated and the toilet seat was not secure etc but nothing major that would stop me from staying here again.

the location is great with a lovely view of the medina. the pool and breakfast were also good. some reviews mentioned the breakfast was poor but it was lovely and the service was great. they had someone making fresh omelettes and Moroccan pancakes (Malawi) and Harcha. they made a tagine of shakshuka for us on request as well. they had fruit, pastries, cereals etc like any other continental breakfast.

Some staff aren’t friendly. When breakfast time was over at 10.30, they turned the airconditioning off while we were still eating and also other guests in the middle of summer with 39 degrees. The airconditioning in our room didn’t work. While we arrived and parked for 2 minutes in front of the door to take our luggage, the parking guy came and told us that we have to move the car. No swimming pool for children or a changing place for babies in the toilets down stairs near the restaurant/pool. I think this hotel is not suitable for children. No possibility to order something to drink at the pool, you have to go inside while being wet.

The view from al the hotel, some staff are very pleasant and some are not. The decoration is also very beautiful. The bottle of water and fruit and cookies we got.

The hotel is far from anything, so you can't just walk to places, but it's worth it for the view.

The service from the staff was excellent. The view was spectacular. Breakfast and dinner all delicious.

I ordered from the reception to call a tourist guide for the old city to be more “ trustable” and they called one, but unfortunately, he used me by guiding me to bad sellers who sell me bad antique products at a high price. what is the benefit for the money that I gave him and asking the hotel for this service !!!
