I paid around 200€ per night, and the room honesty doesn’t deserve that much

It was our first night in marakech and this Hotel is by far the best one we stayed in there although it was a little bit far from the old madina but i would definitely recommend it

Birds flying free in the buffet hall, all 3 days while we were there...with all that uncovered food. Spa staff not in the mood to work: went to book 2 massages, kept negotiating with us, trying to have us book 30 instead of an hour, saying they have no spaces, yet their notepad showed they had about 70%of their schedule free.

A lot of food options for breakfast and dinner buffet. Big and comfortable room. Big pool. Pleasant pool area. Impressive decor in the shared spaces.

The internet connection was a bit unstable at certain times of the day (when I suspect many were online).

What I liked the most while staying at this hotel was the wonderful staff—helpful, kind, and smiling. The garden is so beautiful, with flowers, trees, and well-kept lawns. Waking up every morning to birds singing is lovely! My room was very clean and neat.

This is a large tourist hotel but with a calm atmosphere (although can be noisy depending on other people and time of year) it’s pretty and has lots of space, food is really good and staff are friendly.

Indoor pool was too warm to swim in. Some of the staff were not particularly friendly. Not really a 5 star. More like a four star - quite basic. Close to airport so quite a few planes flying over.

Comfortable bed. Nice outdoor pool and bar area. Fantastic massage in the spa for a very reasonable price. Buffet style breakfast and dinner was very good - lots of choice. Hotel was very reasonably priced.

We had been in a Riad in the Medina, which was okay if you were close and don't mind up close and personal, so we moved at the last minute. Found Palm Plaza, and we were delighted. Lovely friendly staff and great facilities. Thank you.

The breakfast can be better since the buffet was the same every day especially the hot options .

The staff were nice especially NADINE she was checking on us every time if anything is needed and answering our queries ,the location was perfect away from the noise but still near to everything there is a mall just nearby a swimming pool a kids club and more .

The reception staff could be more friendly.

It is not a 5 star hotel: it has a level of a 4 star hotel. So still pretty great. It is clean and the breakfast is nice. Nice to see that the hotel is attended by the locals and not only the tourists.

The tea and coffee were not replenished every morning .we requested a bit late check out but they didn’t offer even an hour extra. even though the hotel want busy at all.They wanted payment for each extra hour .Other hotels usually allow late check out if the room is not booked

A couple of noisy nights.. probably nothing to do with the hotel other than there was a really noisy nightclub going on somewhere nearby until 4 in the morning..🤔

Lovely helpful staff. Glorious pool. Delicious food. I loved it! I was alone but the smiling staff were very courteous. It was also convenient to a supermarket and mall and although not convenient to Marrakech old town, I’d say it’s a near enough option. For those who want a hotel resort situation, I think it is excellent.

Location is far from all attractions Rooms need renovation to meet the expectations for a 5 stars hotel!
