We stayed in riad Al Mamoune for three nights and loved every bit of it. The riad is located inside the medina and therefore the perfect way to explore every highlight by foot. Asad was an amazing host who guided us through everything you need to know about Marrakech. He helped us with reservating the best restaurants and activities so we had the full Marrakech experience. The host Abdel is also very friendly, he was so kind to us and told us all about Marrakech. He bought us the real scarfs and coffee. We are very gratefull and want to thank Asad and Abdel for making this trip amazing. The room was cleaned every day and breakfast was served. We hope to come back sometime!

We absolutely loved our stay and have nothing negative to say.

Riad Al Mamoune was an incredible place to stay for our girls trip to Marrakesh. Abdul and Assad were amazing hosts who took their time to show us the city, both on a map and by foot. Their kindness, warmth and intricate knowledge of Marrakesh can be felt from the moment you step into the Riad. They made sure to give us tips on how best to navigate the souks and attractions like the Ben Youssef Madrasa so we could make the most of our time there. Breakfast every morning was a delicious bonus that kickstarted our busy days of exploring everything the city had to offer. I would highly recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here for any future trips to Marrakesh. Thank you for everything!!

The staff are the best we have ever had. Asad couldn't do enough to assist us with all aspects of our stay. Super friendly and fab breakfast. You must must must stay here. Location wise, you are right in the middle of everything but, being off the main square it's really peaceful as well.

A fabulous riad, with fantastic and kind staff that made my stay in Marrakech a very enjoyable one. I hope to be back one day soon! Breakfast was served everyday, rooms and beds were made etc. Snacks and drinks were available for additional purchase; that was handy. My room was beautiful. All of the staff were really great -I was made to feel very welcome from the minute I arrived and throughout my stay. I'd like to say a massive thank you to Abdul in particular for going beyond, such as making breakfast earlier than usual before I went on a long day trip to Aït Benhaddou, and allowing me to try and practice my Darija with him, and many other things. All in all, the perfect stay! Sad it wasn't longer!

An amazing experience staying at Riad Al-Mamoune, the staff (Asad, AbdelMajid, Bouchra and all the team) embodied the best of hospitality and took care of our every need. The Riad itself is very traditional, and each room has its own unique decoration. The copious breakfast was prepared everyday including local fresh produce. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate were from the most delicious we have ever tasted! The location of the Riad was great, being a few minutes walk from all the central attractions of the Medina and tucked away enough to be a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The Riad can organise a range of excursions and trips offering a break from the busy Medina. We had some younger members of our group fall ill and Abdel kindly prepared therapeutic herbal teas to aid their recovery. We felt really taken care of from the senior family members to the young :)

If you are thinking of same comfort as resorts then it's not for you. I would have preferred more cleaner pool water and bit bigger pool.

The location of the Riad was perfect very near the market area, literally 4-5 mins walk to the centeral location. Walking distance from most of the local Marrakech poi. The staff was very helpful in finding places and suggest few points we were earlier planning to drop but decided due to the recommendation but it was really worth visiting those. Breakfast was also amazing catering to all the needs.

no problem at all from the Raid staff.

Perfect location if you are interested in the lively Souq (you re basically sleeping in a historical building within the Souq) with hard-working, very supportive staff who solved all of our problems and helped us to organize our trips, escorted us to taxis, organized excursions and gave plenty of historical and cultural information. They even helped us with photoshoots, shopping and with medicines when one of us got sick in the last day of the trip. If you want to live the atmosphere of the medina, this Riad is in a perfect position and the people are super-helpful. Breakfast is abundant with local sweets, bread, fruits and the famous Moroccan mint tea.

My stay at Riad Al Mamoune was one of the best experiences I've ever had with accommodation. The service was exceptional, the space is beautiful, the location is perfect for those who want to visit Marrakech, great and varied breakfast, impeccable cleanliness... Nothing displeased me, and I must highlight the attention and knowledge of the hosts. They were very helpful, kind and receptive to me, who was visiting Marrakech and Morocco for the first time. I am immensely grateful for my stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Al Mimoune, and my experience was exceptional. Asad, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, meticulously sharing details and even providing a personalized map for exploring Marrakech. His responsiveness and accommodation were truly remarkable, reflecting his kind-hearted nature. The rooms in Riad Al Mimoune are not only neat and clean but also provide an exotic and authentic living experience. It's a charming place that immerses you in the heart of Marrakech, making for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend Riad Al Mimoune to anyone looking for a unique and welcoming place to stay in this beautiful city.

Nothing. I have travelled widely and could not fault it.

Asad, Abdul and the ladies looked after me beautifully. I felt like a VIP! Nothing was too much trouble for them. The riad aesthetically has been restored and furnished to a high standard in keeping with it's historic past and I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere which ensured a relaxing stay. If I could give this another star I would! We had the most incredible experience here. The host Asad & Abdul were the most welcoming, genuine & friendly people. They made our stay so special & provided so many recommendations. Asad even met us outside the Medina, showed us around & gave us advice on where to buy the best products from the markets. On top of that, the Riad is beyond stunning & in the best location, in the heart of the Medina. Our room was huge & felt like a palace. This was our favourite place we stayed in Morocco & maybe on any trip. I would highly recommend!!

As most (or all) Riads all the rooms face the inner patio, sometimes there’s noise of other costumers, etc… nothing very bad or that highly disturbed me

It is a paradise within the chaos! Despite being in the very center, the peace is amazing Very well received and treated like home I loved the rooftop and also the small pool in the ground floor (perfect after walking all day)

Huge thanks to everyone at Riad Al Mamoune, from Asad and Abdul and all of the staff, for going above and beyond to make my first visit to Marrakech an incredible one. From being in touch before I arrived to arrange an airport transfer, to giving practical advice on how to best enjoy Marrakech upon my arrival, to being available throughout the trip to help out with anything I needed, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Their beautiful riad is perfectly located, and they create an atmosphere that is incredibly welcoming, warm and made my stay a wonderful one.
