We had booked the quadruple room with the private bathroom but the room we got was a little smaller than the pictures and had a different layout. The pictures also showed desks with chairs in the room, we did not have any, and due to the height of the bunk beds there was nowhere to sit down which was quite uncomfortable. The wi-fi was unreliable at times and the coffee machines were broken for most of our stay which was a shame.

Every staff member I met was super lovely, super helpful and spoke great English. The location was great, and despite being central it felt very secure inside the riad. The pool and roof areas are beautiful. The airport transfer they provided went very smoothly. Overall a great experience.

The place is really clean, quiet and full of nice people. Love that they changed our bed sheets everyday. The staff were so so so friendly, they help us everything and gave us a lot of advices on how to deal with local people. 10 out of 10. Thank you very much.

It’s located at the heart of Medina so it’s close to all the tourist spots. The place is very clean, rooms are cleaned everyday plus fresh towels daily. And the most important thing is the staffs are very accommodating, kind and helpful 👏🏽

The pool isn't great as it's right in the middle of the dining area and quite small. I didn't use.

Very clean. Comfy beds. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice roof top for sunbathing or relaxing.

Even though I was aware of the location, it is a bit far from the Medina (Jemaa el-Fnaa) and from any place where cars/vans can pick you up (for group tours pickup and dropoff). Not a big deal, but can be difficult navigating during the late evening, or in the middle of the day when you are in a rush.

The staff, how proffesional they handled us guests. Everything in the hotel was easy to navigate and understand. Breakfast was alright and lastly the riad is beautiful. Also good haivng a luggage room. The staff were also undersanding of my situation and was flexible with ancelling my airport transfer despite not being normally allowed. Rooms were tidy enough.

Staff were so lovely, really helpful throughout the stay! 4 person room was great with curtains on bunkbeds, plug sockets in each cubby and a light! My friends and I had such a lovely stay.

Nothing really, it was the perfect stay!

Loved the friendly staff and the beds are super comfortable. There is air con, lockers to keep items safe, and curtain over the bunk beds for privacy too. It was perfect and for a very good price. The house itself is beautiful, not inferior to any riad around here I'd say! I made some great friends with fellow travellers too.

The bathroom ventilation in the dorm was a bit low, and the shower didn't have a curtain which wasn't a huge issue, but made showering a bit difficult.

Staff were so helpful and kind. The beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect for getting around the city. Everything is so beautiful and there a lot of great common areas.

Everything was perfect! The hostel is very clean, the staff super friendly, they arranged transfers early in the morning to the airport and they were very responsive when I arrived an hour earlier and they immediately helped with sending a taxi my way. The building looks exceptional and the breakfast was really good, especially eaten by the pool. The room was spacious enough and I felt super safe there as a solo female traveler. Easy to find on Google maps, just make sure you buy a sim card at the airport with internet and all good, the address is very accurate. I can only highly recommend it!

They ran out of towels :(

All staff was very kind and helpful. Had lunch at the Medina and the food was delicious!! Younes gives you a map upon check in and lots of recommendations and info. The old man that takes you to your taxi, is so kind and sweet - please tip him when you go! Medina was beautiful and the terrace!!

Thank you for having us for a wonderful stay in the Marrakech Medina. We loved the central location on this hostel within the Medina, with plenty of people situated throughout the maze to tell you you're going the wrong way, it was a great relief to know that home wasn't too far away. We love that the location is sort of inside a nook so that you can see that arch way and know that you are home. The beds were comfortable with the handy curtains ensuring privacy, chargers and a light inside the bed area and the rooms were spacious and ensuite bathrooms clean and with great heat and pressure for water which is rare in a hostel experience. I cannot say more for the staff, they were so relaxed and supportive and kind. Luggage storage after checkout was very helpful. I used the Glovo app after our late flight arrival to order some dinner (arabic rice and meat and peppers) and that was great and the staff supported me to borrow a bowl and cutlery and made sure I was safe - they even brought me a rug to place over my feet not to be cold! It was so attentive and sweet and kind. The rooftop terrace is such a brilliant way to access fresh air and a sense of space and even privacy of sorts, and the laundry facilities were well priced and well set up with either a dryer or drying rack to get us sorted before our next move.

This is not something negative, but when I arrived there was no water in the whole Marrakesh. The staff informed me right away about this and I appreciated it, but they didn't offer any alternatives. For me it wasn't a problem, but it was still a little bit annoying. Not the hostel's fault anyway, the pool was still there haha.

This hostel is amazing for staying in Marrakesh! It's located in the heart of the medina (which can be a little hard to access but with no problems) and has a pool and a rooftop terrace with a bar. The rooms were clean and very comfy and the staff friendly and helpful. I felt good and safe there as a solo female traveler.

Close to the main square. Hostel hosted a weekly activity. Laundry services is offered. Great lunge to meet and socialize with other guest. Great customer service provided at front desk!
