Didn't do pickup at train station as expected. Some small plumbing issues.

The owner and staff are very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The location is ideal. The design and decor are fantastic. Very quiet, comfortable sleep. Lovely homemade breakfast.

The room was very musty with visible mould. The 3rd bed was not of the same quality as the other 2 singles. Now that I have seen other riads i would say for a 3 bed room it was overpriced

The patron was very helpful. The staff also polite and helpful

The faucet of the shower was unfortunately leaking pretty badly, and the lights in the room were pretty dimly lit (so not a lot of light once in the room).

Riad Bamaga is a very pleasant place to stay. The personnel is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the host is more than eager to share you all information related to Marrakech and beyond. The riad is located in a very quiet spot within walking distance to Jmaar El Fna (10min). You can easily book excursions and activities from the comfort of the riad, and pickup and dropoff is always included in the cost. The fact that breakfast comes included, is also a big plus.

Watch out - if you open google maps, there will be two Riad Bamaga, take the one in the North-West of the medina and search the Riad coming from Place Laarouss.

It`s a lovely - real - Riad with a great rooftop terrace with lounge furniture, where they serve a great breakfast with yummy spiced coffee. The staff was very nice, 24h available and for every little question has been found a solution. The owner spent a lot of time with us in the first morning, giving advices to visit the city. The rooms were clean, the towels comfy and the shower warm. I would definitely recommend this Riad. First, we had to book one more night, which was no problem. Then we had to leave pretty early in the morning, so the owner ordered a Taxi. Unfortunately the Taxidriver forgot the date, so we had to take another cab. In the end the owner paid back very quickly the prepaid taxi - thank you very much - couldn't have been better.

The medina just outside had young lads hanging around which was a little unsettling as it can be scary at night

The hotel owner was very helpful and lovely plus Simon also helped us with much as we didn't speak much French so he translated for us 😊

for us - my son and me - nothing the only thing you have to be aware is that the rooms themselves cannot be locked but this was no problem as the riad itself was locked 24 hours - you have to ring the bell on every return

warm welcome, invitation for dinner for the evening of arrival, helpful staff-excellent support regarding excursions. nice terrace, very quite location through the whole night, perfect starting point to discover Marrakesh

Location is off the main roadway for those with much baggage.

Good location to Medina; staff are friendly and provided tour and eatery recommendations; arranged delivery of onward train tickets to the riad. Rooftop terrace is a nice location for breakfast during early morning sun.
