Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainWe loved our stay in this riad! They made us feel at home! Our bed was super comfortable and there were two different pillows, some wood covers in the windows, a big bathroom, warm water and many shelves where we could leave our clothes. Bedrooms were cleaned and tidied up every day. We enjoyed breakfast time at the rooftop, which was delicious. We could choose between mint tea or coffee and food was done and served as soon as we arrived to the table: fruit, yoghurt, bread, cake and some special Moroccan dishes. Besides, we used to go up there at night, having a calm and quiet time away from the noisy and crowded main streets. Going to the main square takes less than 15 minutes walking, although in the first time it could be a bit challenging, soon you know how to get there and going to different places. The streets are safe and the neighbors are friendly, even the younger ones, who helped us a couple of times. Open your mind, feel safe and enjoy being in a different country. Last but not least, I would like to highlight the staff who work there. Hafid was always happy to help us or to have a nice conversation about his incredible country, with a smile on his face at all times. And even though we arrived from the airport to the riad quite late, Yassin was also happily there, to welcome us and to show on a map the best places, distances and costs of taxis, making nice jokes, while we were having a warm cup of tea. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, places and people like this improve the Moroccan experience to the top!

SpainThe location. It is a bit far from the city center. When we were coming back to the hotel at night we had to walk through some empty and not very well lit streets. Also, our room was right across the lobby/reception on the ground floor and it tend to be noisy at times.
Beautiful room, super comfy bed and all the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Also, having breakfast on the terrace every morning was such a nice way to start the day. Last but not least, we arrived early on our first day and they let us chill on the terrace and brought some tea and snacks.

NetherlandsWhile I found the breakfast to be a bit repetitive and lacking variety, I must admit that this seems to be a common occurrence across all of my stays in Marrakesh.
The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. On my final day, I required a printed boarding pass for my flight, and Yassine went above and beyond to assist me with this request. It's worth noting that printed boarding passes are necessary for airport check-in, as digital passes are not accepted in Marrakesh. Moreover, I must mention that this riad was the cleanest among all the ones I stayed in during my time in Marrakesh.

NetherlandsI must say that the staff was exceptionally friendly. Yassin and Hafid helped us with any requests we had, including getting transfers, guides etc. Salah who did the airport transfers was very friendly and drove exceptionally well in the tight streets of the Medina.

Romania-
Our experience with the riad was really good, the staff is amazing and they made our stay very comfortable. The manager was very nice and helped us with a lot of information and everthing we needed. Breakfast was very good each morning (as a side note for other travellers - breakfast is not buffet but they bring it to you directly at the table). I would suggest to the owners to introduce in the breakfast also options like salads, vegetables and eggs. Breakfast was mostly sweet and i personally would have prefered to eat also some vegetables, even though the breakfast was indeed very good each morning. The room was exactly as the pictures and it was very clean, the only comment i would have here is that it was rather cold in the room and the AC didn't work for heating - but we expected this and we didn't say anything to the staff so that's on us. The location of the riad is in the outskirts of the medina but we actually loved it like that, even if you would need to walk a bit to the square, we realized that for us it was better this way. I would highly recommend this riad and we will probably come back next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It's a modern take on a traditional riad so I would say more cosy. Bright and spacious room

United KingdomI think the breakfast could have been better. We had to ask for eggs every morning which was not an issue but I felt it should have just came with eggs and maybe something a bit different each day. There isn’t anything else I could say.
I enjoyed the traditional Riad and its traditional yet modern decor. The roof terrace is beautiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The Msemen that comes with breakfast was so good. You can also buy it on the street for 1 Dihram.

very nice property, very clean, literally an oasis of peace and silence in the chaotic Marrakech. The staff are incredibly nice. Yassin, manager of the Riad is extremely helpful and friendly, also funny. He gave us very useful advices and helped us with booking a trip to Sahara and taxi transfers. Very nice guy!

CanadaThere wasn't much we didn't like. Our stay was short but we were taken such good care of.
We were coming for only one night during our two-week trip to Morocco. And, Yassine was professional and took such good care of us during that one-night stay in every way, that it was much better than some of the longer stays we were at in other locations. We had arrived late at night and he waited to ensure we were settled in and even was able to support us as we had some last-minute requests we needed ahead of our early next-day departure. Even during the morning, he ensured to wake up earlier than usual to ensure we had a good and pleasant breakfast. All around thankful to have stayed at a wonderful place and appreciative of the extra effort of the staff.
