The location is great- heart of the medina but quiet. All of the staff working there were friendly and helpful. Youssef sorted out transfers from our previous hotel and back to Marrakesh for us. The light coming into our room on the top floor was wonderful- lovely big windows and doors. Breakfast was good.

This place was top accommodation I’ve had in Morocco. The staff was welcoming and so nice, amazing fresh breakfast every morning and can’t forget the stylish, well equiped rooms where every detail matters.

Everything great, no significant complaints at all, will happily return and recommend to friends!! But minor niggles might be that some maintenance aspects need updating now, ie bathroom fan not working , grouting needs refresh and dressing gowns frayed , but the comfort and generosity of amenities and staff far outweigh these minor niggles.

Stylish boutique riad, clean, excellent customer service from all staff. Big generous rooms, plentiful breakfast, lovely toiletries etc. Perfect location, calm oasis.

The rainy wheather, but its not the riad's fault!

The bathroom is like Arabian Nights. Never seen such a marvelous bathroom. The room is very large and confortable. The breakfast is great.

The photogenic swimming pool in the Riad photos has been changed to a small, standard hot tub, which was warm, at best.

Jacuzzi was cold and hammam was out of order.

Fantastic location off of a quiet street, beautiful property, incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast (served at any time). A bit of peace and tranquility in the hustle and bustle of the market souk. Lots of little areas to hang out in, including a rooftop and two lounges.

The property is stunning with beautiful rooftop views. The building was secure with people at the door consistently making it feel very safe. We loved our stay and suite at Riad Dar Maya.

I think the arrival arrangements could be better organised and perhaps a warning given the fact that there will be unsavoury types trying to confuse you when trying to park your car. We were told that ‘our man’ will meet you but it was actually a man off the street with a case carrier and we had to pay him ourselves, although it was a small charge.

Layout was great, large lounge outside of our large bedroom which had a small balcony and very nice tub. We were allowed to have breakfast where we wanted, the lounge or bedroom or in several different areas in the Road. Apart from the arrival, very helpful and friendly staff.

The Riad is at the edge of the medina toward the end of slightly gloomy street.

The Riad is very tastefully renovated with a contemporary style. We had a very large comfortable bedroom suite. It’s run by a great team of people who were always helpful and considerate. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace, in the morning sun, a nice way to start the day. We would thoroughly recommend Riad Dar Maya, staying here is a really nice experience.
