The receptionists mohamed and abdelwahde treated me very well. They showed me around Marrakech at night for free. They are my best friends in Morocco. The Riad itself is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

The staff was very welcoming and also flexible, because I came here on day earlier than I thought. I got a ton of good tipps what to visit in the few days I stayed there and everytime I came back was asked wheather I was fine or needed something. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was included at a flexible time. The location of the riad was perfect, you can reach both the exit and the middle of the medina very easily. And it has a nice rooftop.

My room always smelled a little musty or moldy if I kept the windows closed. However, it was always clean and I couldn’t SEE mold anywhere, I could just smell it once in a while. I would have liked an extra blanket, and a soft mattress pad is always a nice touch.

I chose the Riad because it was so close to Bab Lakssour and easily accessible for my early morning trip to the airport. The day and nighttime hosts, Esme & Moahmed were both so caring, pleasant and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Medina!

The Riad is a lovely place to stay, it's not too big, so it offers you a quiet refuge in the bustling centre. It's located right in the medina, so everything is within walking distance. It seems they renovated the riad recently, as it doesn't quite look like the pictures anymore. The dark doors were remade so it doesnt look so dark anymore, but looks bright and inviting. The staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating and will help you with everything you might need. We had a few changes to our booking, and they made everything we asked for possible. We can only recommend staying here, thank you for a great stay!

It smelled unhealthy in the bathroom, and the water didn't drain well so my daughter was having a hard time when she was taking a shower.

I really liked all the staff was super friendly and kind! The breakfast was good, and we loved it:) The Riad is located the best convenient place to explore in Marakesh although it is hard to find in the beginning...

The property needs a little renovation (especially the bathroom). There are two mattresses in the bed, not one. Dark room, without windows.

take care that google maps location is quite exact but the riad is in a nice small alley and not directly in the main road (rue Sidi el yamani)

Typical Riad in perfect position in the medina, centric but not just in the souk. rooms small but nice and great common parts, the road courtyard and the terrace. staff is really super great, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast!!

Visually I would say it could do a bit of work to be 'instagramable'. But for the price I paid for there was nothing to dislike.

For the price it was a pleasant stay. Staff was very nice and the location was great but initially hard to get to.

Wasn't that easy to find the place. It is called different names on booking.com, in google maps and on openstreetmaps (Riad Dar Radya; Dar Radya Marrakech; Guest House Ryad Dar Radya). Also, google maps don't show the small side road where it is located, so it I would recommend to add a schematic map of how to find the place along the pictures (and/or send this and written description to guests)

The locals who followed me to the Riad and speaking with the Riad owners led me to feel unsafe

When looking for the location after taxi drop off(taxi was unable to drop outside of property due to location) I had the locals try and assist I did not ask but they had been persistent and followed me I’m sure they had been trying to be helpful but due to the language barrier I was unsure of their intentions one of the male locals had appeared intoxicated this made me feel uneasy the locals had followed me to the Riad so was aware where I reside and I booked to stay on my own, the locals and the Riad staff had spoken and I was unsure what was said so booked into the same Riad as family members near by, the door locks on the Riad room is a small padlock one you would lock on a suitcase for instance so again did not feel secure, I messaged the Riad the above pointing out I felt unsafe and due to not staying there I would request a refund purely due to feeling unsafe this was declined I advise if you are a lone traveller maybe book elsewhere.

It was the first time in my travel experience when I was met with a host smoking a cigarette, showing the rooms still smoking. Not only is it unprofessional and disrespectful, but it filled the rooms with odors. After complaining they still lied about smoking, pointing at guests. Unlike other riads, they still do allow guests to smoke in the courtyard, and all fumes go to the rooms. The host didn't speak any languages. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation.

The rooms were clean and the design was good. Good location.
