Breakfast was delicious and ample for the day. Location was just outside of the Medina. Jean-Claude was gracious and helpful. Really liked having the balcony and an option of swimming.

The Road has a beautiful garden. Very close to the Medina and Jean is a very good and helpful host. I would have no hesitation about recommending this accommodation.

Little paradise on the edge of the medina. Beautiful garden, very friendly host that helped us with a guided medina tour (highly recommended, otherwise you will definitely get lost). Good breakfast with fresh fruit salad in a wonderful atmosphere. Room was cozy, with a/c with heating function (which u might need in February). You can leave your car just around the corner for small money on a huge parking lot. This is the perfect place if you are looking for an authentic accommodation.

The bathroom is new painted, the smell of paint is very strong and makes you uncomfortable.

Riad is beautiful, breakfast is nice. The room looks better than pictures. Walking distance to medina.

Great and quiet slice of paradise next to Fez medina. Can't beat the location and it is topped up with nice and quiet rooms, wonderful garden and pool and a friendly host. If I ever come back to Fez, I would definitively stay there again.

The location is one of the best. So close to and with easy access to the medina of Fez. And to have the quiet and feel of your own slice of paradise at that location is quite unique. The nearby parking(s) are conveniently close and the low cost make them worthwhile. We also enjoyed the very good breakfast. Well done.

Gorgeous wee oasis in the city - the garden and pool are to die for against the heat of Fes. Super close to lots of cool sights and the medina. Jean Claude was so friendly and helpful. We loved it!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The Riad was in an excellent location for the old medina. The outdoor space was great to come back to and use the pool in such hot weather while we were there. Jean claude was very friendly and accommodating even taking us to the train station for our onward trip to Marrakech. His 2 members of staff were very friendly too.

Perfect location on the edge of the medina with welcome pool and cold beer on request. It was 43 degrees when we arrived so relaxing by the beautiful pool was perfect until it cooled down. Jean Claude was a very welcoming host.

I could not recommend a stay at Riad Jean Claude strongly enough. The Riad itself was gorgeous, lovely pool to rest after a long day in Fez, delicious breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, orange juice and coffee in the morning and cosy rooms with everything you would need. But, more than that, Jean Claude himself makes the Riad extra special. He was very accommodating to our early check-in, helped us arrange a day-tour, was on hand to offer advice, helped us get to the train station after check-out and was generally a very pleasant and friendly host. He goes above and beyond for his guests and we felt lucky we were able to stay at his place! The other employees were also very friendly, would definitely recommend!

Not for a person with mobility problems. I've noticed a lot of properties on Bookings.com state room is handicapped friendly but nothing stated about the entrance . One should always send a message to the property asking questions about this. Once you open the door there's a steep set of stairs with no handrail. This is not a problem for most people but one should be aware before hand. I have found out that rooms stating handicapped friendly may be but not entering the property.

Jean Claude is a great host. The staff, the breakfast are all great. It's in the perfect location.

Riad Jean Claude is a beautiful oasis right on the border of the medina. The rooms and comfortable and clean, Jean Claude himself is extremely kind and helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast is delicious!
