We really enjoyed our time here. Great location near to everything in a walk. Breakfast is very good. The Riad is very pretty, you can go to the rooftop to catch some sun! We loved it! And the staff is all amazing from the guys in the receptionist to the cleaning ladies. Ayoub at the reception was very nice with us, helping with everything we needed. I would definitely come back!

The bath was not clean- there was hair from the previous guest inside the bath tub, so I spent there only 3 minutes under the shower. Also we had to pay extra tax for the stay, which was okey, but they took money and told that another person will come and give us the money change. This person didn’t come on time (was late by 30 minutes) and we had to go to the bus station. I didn’t like it all… it was a small Amount but I prefer when ppl respect the money of others.

Riad is very nice and friendly. Also children friendly and the staff is helpful.

Lighting in the room was very pretty but sometimes was a little dark when trying to be more practical Some parts of the room were a little dusty. Shower was cold a lot of the time, took a while to heat up and felt like hot water ran out a little quick. Breakfast on some days was less food than others.

Staff were very welcoming and gave an incredible helping hand to all the sights to see and things to do in Morocco. The riad is beautiful with amazing colourful tiles, cushions, etc… the skylight and evening lighting around the place is a beautiful accompaniment to it all. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal and couldn’t be faulted. More than enough food to be full and quick service always. Finding beer in Morocco isn’t easy so being able to have a beer in the riad for 3 euro was a welcome surprise. Lovely rooftop with sun loungers to relax on. Rooms were also really nicely decorated. 24 hour front desk with helpful staff to arrange airport transfers. Also, very safe with the front door being locked and managed through morning and night. Safe in room to lock belongings was nice. Riad is right in the middle of the town so easy to get about. No busses or taxis needed for anywhere in our stay.

The staff was really friendly and took care of us. They helped us with everything and were really talkative. The WiFi wasn’t that good but still okay. And it’s near the big square and very safe Thank you for the awesome stay.

The road was very quiet so it felt a little like you had to whisper when you were there. I guess this is a problem with Riad’s in general but it didn’t feel like your own space because of the proximity of the rooms.

Rooms were comfortable and the Riad was very cool. Very clean and the bathroom was really big.

The staff, especially Ayub and Fatima made us feel so welcome and safe and told us everything we needed to know. They also helped with anything else we needed such as confirming our bookings for activities we had booked. Very nice riad, quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Honestly the hotel is made by the amazing staff, everyone I had the pleasure to interact with was amazing. The cleaner did an amazing job every time she even washed one of my dirty tops without being asked, the staff do a phenomenal job at making your stay perfect and are so easy to get along with. I’d recommend staying here if you’re new to Marrakesh as the staff will keep you safe and take care of you here.

breakfast option could have been better clear directions to the hotel in the welcome email, that way guests can half of the money spend on Taxi arranged by hotel( using hotel taxi is highly recommended, otherwise u will not find the place)

Everything was amazing about this Riad. It’s in medina, the hosts were so great and accommodating and helpful especially with advice about the offline map - would’ve got so lost without that so thank you!! The building is beautiful and I wish we had more time to make use of the terrace and pool. I guess this just means we’ll have to visit again!! Thank you

The swimming pool was quite small. There are not bathrooms in the hall/internal yard. In any case these are not big problems.

Excellent position. This Riad is located in the heart of Medina, very close to the most famous areas, but at the same time it is very quite. Mr. Ayub is a great person, always ready to help us, giving good information. The breakfast was tasty and enough. We were in the room in the terrace... simply amazing!

We loved everything!

Location was great. Lounge pool in the centre of ground floor was refreshing after a short walk to the local souks. The staff were amazingly helpful with local area and excursions and helping us find a taxi to the station at 3am. The Moroccan decoration is beautiful and the rooftop terrace is a major sun trap. Loved everything about this riad. The toiletries provided in the room and fully functional AC were great touches for July.

There was a woman working there and she was so caring and interested in helping and talking with us. It was a great welcome. I had a very nice massage at a fine price and the small pool was great and also had water massage. The cleaning lady had a lovely smile and vibe. We felt right at home!
