Though beautiful this definitely feels like a resort. There is little to do outside of the property without driving. The food at the property is good but its served buffet style and doesn't deviate from most traditional Moroccan fare.

Feels a bit like a palace in the middle of a tiny Moroccan town. Don't miss the adjoining mud structure "ruins", which are worth exploring and make for a fantastic juxtaposition for the remainder of the property.

The hotel is one of the most beautiful I have ever visited. Beauty of the architecture and the room decoration in the berber style. The food was the best I tasted in Morocco. Indeed the couscous was the best I ever had and I must say I am quite knowledgeable in this meal which is my favorite The staff was very friendly and helpful

Perfectly comfortable and wonderfully designed hotel in the desert

The bed could have been bigger.

Hotel has spacious inner court with a swimming pool and numerous terraces. It looks very Moroccan and yet has all the comforts of a modern hotel. Nicely decorated, overlooking the river, it is a perfect retreat from everyday life, maching exactly Moroccan holiday accomodation from my dreams. Or better say exceeding my expectations for that matter.

Buffet food was mediocre but heard good things about a la carte orders

This is an "Arabian nights" kind of property exotic amazing location, detailed architecture, great spa and pool, feels like living in an upscale Casbah, staff was amazing

As I traveled from Marrakech to Sahara during my stay in Morocco, I only stayed one night in this luxurious Kasbah hotel. However, i was very impressed with this accommodation in the short time I had. On arrival, I did not know what to expect, but my mind also instantly blown! The staff were charming and very welcoming - a recurring theme in Morocco - and always available if we needed something specific. The rooms were incredibly clean and tidy. All rooms were large and had air-conditioning as well as TV, coffeemaker, refrigerator, iron, safe etc. The food was beautiful and the staff was ready to welcome everyone for both dinner and breakfast. The facilities were incredible. a large heating pool for relaxing and a bar with free wifi and cold beers. I felt like a king during the whole stay, although short. I would have liked to stay longer.

We stayed at this Kasbah Ksar Ighnda during our trip to the dunes in Erg Chigaga. It was extremely peaceful, The pool, the terrace, the camels, all breathtaking. its realy amazing hotel, clean and had a very helpful staff. Also had my favorite breakfast from all of the other locations we visited. Dinner was also very well prepared and delicious. I would certainly stay here again if I was to visit Ourzazate.

Clean, but still in the desert

Rooms were rather dark, and the "sweepers" on the door didn't keep out bugs - I had two roaches in the morning, and was very glad I'd kept my suitcase off the floor. The place was very clean, though, so I think it's simply due to being in the middle of the desert.

Beautiful grounds, near Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO World Heritage site), comfortable beds and rainfall shower head after a long drive

Food was below western standards, esp. breakfast, hotel must do something urgently to fix this including getting rid of hundreds of flies in areas where food is served.

Pool garden and public areas are excellent. Very helpful staf.

the room was cold when we arrived - 14° celcius!. it's not acceptable that at that prices the room is not warmed up before hand. Buffet dinner was made mainly of cold average dishes and the dining roon was cold too. Sam ething for breakfast. An hotel designed like a cathedral in the desert, suitable for large groups. bad wi-fi connection everywhere

Have been stick by a spider in the shower

The staff is nice though (but a little bit too over-caring, because they have nothing to do ...)
