When we arrived from the airport it was hard to find, we did get lost and without data had to ask a local to take us there

You don’t receive a key to the front door, so you always have to ring a bell and sometimes you need to wait for a while outside. This can get especially annoying when someone is trying to get inside, ringing and knocking the heavy metal doors, since there are paperthin walls. So you better hope you have nice and silent neighbours.. also be prepared for a very loud call to prayer at 5 am!

The riad was beautiful, close to Bahia palace and all the sights in the medina. Breakfast was really good!

The shower should have a way to stabilize the head so I won't drench the whole bathroom.

Small and cozy Riad in the Medina, just ten minutes walk from the main Square. Breakfast was nice and the staff was very kind (the young guy Oussama and the ladies Aziza and Nawal as well).

One of the main lights in the room was not working and the bathtub was not draining properly. However during the day, there were no English speaking staff so we had to wait till the evening until someone else came. However our trip got cut short due to the earthquake but I am certain if we spoke to the other staff member they will have resolved the issues very quickly for us!

The costs of extras e.g. the taxi to the airport and package ‘deals’ are very expensive compared to Marrakech prices

This road had everything from super comfy beds to a nice dip in the pool to cool off and a great outdoor terrace to relax on. Our guy was there all the time whenever you needed him.

I didn’t feel welcomed by part of the staff it was like I was bothering one of them in particular, and this person didn’t even offered to help me with my luggage the day I left; I was struggling with my bags and he was there looking at me and didn’t even try to helped me going downstairs with the bags. unfortunately the first and last experiences count the most, and for me this made it a really a bad experience. On the other hand Jamal was extraordinary he went above and beyond, he was kind, professional and his service was the best.

We really liked the location because it was near the plaza Jamaa el fna. the staff were very helpful! Youssef was always happy and friendly. Lovely beds (a little bit hard madrases).

People in this Riad were welcoming, smiling and very friendly. Offered mint tea and local dessert. Very close to local Medina, cozy room with comfortable bed. And of course delicious breakfast! Atmosphere very authentic and cherry on top- Roof top! 🍒

The room wasn’t really clean, you could smell the dust from the carpets and curtains. There’s a bathtub but you can’t use it because the water waste. The breakfast was very poor, only bread with butter and jam every day.

The Location is very close to the centre of Marrakech and very easy to find it. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help you.

The staff are very kind and friendly. Even when it was noisy late at night, they responded seriously. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. The Riad has a nice Moroccan style interior. It was a relaxing space with a sense of privacy. It was also nice to be able to hear the Koran. They also arranged a Hammam for me including transport to Hammam.
