Amazing, very professional and helpful team! Our room was cleaned several times a day (at least I felt like that). All the floors, the roof terrace etc. were spotless. Breakfast was good - traditional Moroccan with freshly brewed mint tea. Location of Riad 10 is perfect as well as it is just 5 min walk from The Jemaa el-Fnaa. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic as you are minutes away from the main square yet in a quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily.

The property is in a really good location, the rooms where very clean. Simon helped us in every doubt we had, he helped us booking the trip to Merzouga and then he offered us the best Tea we had in Marrakesh!! I am sure I will repeat when I get back to Marrakesh!

Nothing - all was perfect. I only give it a 9 rather than a 10 because, like most small, inexpensive hotels, it doesn't have all the extras like TVs and coffee machines in the room etc. which some people would want.

Lovely "authentic" Riad stay in the heart of the Medina. Not difficult to find at all. Rooms spacious and very comfortable for a family of seven! Also very warm in spite of being winter. Breakfast lovely. But best of all was the service of the staff, in particular Samir, the manager, who was extremely accommodating. We arrived on Saturday near midday and as I needed some medical help, he took at least an hour out of his day to take me to two pharmacies and even a doctor, though they were all about to close for the weekend. Then in the evening he went off to the New Town to get my prescriptions from a 24h pharmacy. This made a huge difference to my enjoyment of Marrakech. Samir also helped me track down my family on the other side of the Medina when I had no phone to help locate them. Thank you so much Riad N10!

Nothing, really. Everything was great.

The location was great - easy to find, in a quiet alley just 5 minutes walking from Jemaa el-Finna. The room was nice and bed comfortable with a lovely breakfast to boot. My room was on the terrace, which made it extra special. Shower was great too. The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative. Samir gave me his phone number and assisted me in arranging rides for my travels for even when I was not staying at the hotel anymore. Will definitely stay here again.

Slow WiFi but it was fixed thanks to Samir. Because of the way it’s built, you can a lot of noise from outside. The room wasn’t ready till 5, however the kindness of Fatima / team made up for it.

Excellent Location. Delicious breakfast made by a wonderful lady named Fatima. Samir and Mohammed were also hospitable and helpful. Thanks for fixing the WiFi issue. The courtyard is also very nice.

Very nice decoration inside and rooms. The kitchen was the most clean kitchen that i’ve ever seen. The owners arranged our pick up/drop off to the train station on time. They were so kind to make us feel comfortable. It is very close to El-Fna square and main attractions.

A bit too little privacy, especially when you use the bathroom, which is poorly separated from the rest.

It was a very nice stay. Very friendly people, especially the receptionist. He gave us tips for further travel and allowed us to keep our luggage at the Riad. Thanks for that!

An early start; the clinking of plates and glasses started very early in the morning and was loud. As it is a courtyard style building, the noise is amplified. I suspect this problem will be in all the old buildings so I can’t really complain about it! Everything was great.

After a very long journey we arrived in the evening and were greeted by Samir. He was very welcoming. We had a triple room (2adults and one child) , with a lovely lounge area outside. It is only moments from the main square, Jemaa el Fna, yet it is a calm oasis. Located down a very quiet little alley, hidden away. We loved it. Breakfast was delicious; a plain omelette, pancake, bread, jam, coffee and orange juice- perfect. The lady making and serving breakfast is lovely, obliging and always smiling . Samir gave us excellent advice about buying a local SIM card and buying cheap data this way. He also facilitated our taxi and spoke to the driver. He was very friendly and happy to help. Facilities and condition of the building are what you would expect in an old building such as this, in the old city. All part of the experience. Very good value.

That we had to leave :( back to life routine.

What a wonderful place! Simon came to ger us from the taxi stop and grabbed some of our luggage without letting us help him and guid us through the little streets of the Medina to the Riad (only 5 minutes walking). Always wish a smile and very warm and helpful. We were 4 women and we felt so comfortable and at home! We stayed here on our first night in Marrakech and we came back to this Raid after the dessert experience, ir was absolutely perfect. The room was super clean, with AC, comfortable beds and lovely sheets (the most soft sheets I have ever slept in!) We will come back! Thank you thank you.

Very characteristic riad in the heart of the medina. Very close to the main square, felt safe to get back also late in the evening. Staff super nice, and they clean the rooms every day. The breakfast was also very good! The riad is beautiful with a nice terrace with view on the city rooftops.
