In winter is quite cold inside the rooms, you have only the air conditioning that is very old and the door lets air come in from outside

Everything was great: the things that could be improved is changing the way you lock the room with a padlock! This is quite tricky so I would change this. I also feel the breakfast could be slightly improved. Other than that great stay!

The property was lovely and clean! They made a real effort and had all the essentials the bed was big and comfortable. The receptionist Moussa on deserves a special mention he was great and attentive

It's a little noisy when people are walking or talking outside as there is no soundproofing. Location wise, it is a bit further out and hard to find. However, the host came out to find me and directed me to the right place when I was at the wrong address.

I had a great stay at this riad. The host is helpful and kind. The bathtub is huge and feels nice to be able to come back and relax in the tub. Very beautiful architecture and decor.

The staff was flawless, there was nothing they didn't do for us. The riad itself is a gorgeous traditional building, with outstanding facilities and cleanliness. Five star service.

We didn't know there was a City Tax of €2,5 per person/day but that didn't retract from the experience. It should be mentioned more clearly on the page or at checkout in order to avoid surprises.

All staff members were lovely. They were going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I unfortunately got sick on the trip and they've always been more than happy to make sure I had tea at my disposal. The Riad itself is positioned beautifully, around 10 minutes walk to every thing you might need. The breakfast was more than enough and the room was cleaned everyday. Will recommend and definitely return in the future!

Tricky to find… the location on Google maps is not quite right. Luckily we had booked the riad’s airport transfer or we would never have found the right place!

Beautiful decor and attention to detail, breakfast was tasty, clean towels daily, access to the rooftop terrace was lovely, the shower and the air conditioner in our room was the best we experienced in Morocco!

The rooms were too dark and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The pool is also not as big as it looks in the pictures.

The breakfast was good, there was variety of things provided everyday. The location was good, it was pretty much in the center of the market, things such as restaurants and connivence stores were all a walking distance away.

The showers were handheld which was a pain as you had to hold it while showering. The location is a bit tricky to find as with all Riads, better signage would be good. The location is a bit further than the other Riads we stayed but it has a larger courtyard to make up for it.

The pool and architecture are lovely, the room and beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The roof terrace is nice with two sun loungers. Wifi is good. Aircon worked fine.

I got lost looking for the riad as Google location is not accurate. The staff prepared tea as soon as I arrived and even helped me get my stuff to the rooftop where my room was. It was really spacious and is complete with hair dryer. The bed was really comfortable. And the breakfast were really good. The staff were really kind and friendly as well.

My request for lactose free milk got lost somewhere, but son was more than happy with fresh orange juice at breakfast instead.. Location is a bit scary, if you go out at night.

Nice, clean rooms. Staff was always there to help. We booked 4 excursions and a camel riding with boss. Good price. He just wrote all on a small paper. And I gave money. I was a bit sceptical, but everything worked out just fine. To my biggest surprise everything was on time. +- 2 minutes. All transfers and drivers, that pick you up at hotel.

There was nothing negative.

The Riad has a lovely courtyard, the rooms are nice and full of traditional character and the staff are kind and accommodating. But what made this Riad exceptional and our experience unforgettable was how Zacharia, one of the managers, looked after us and went out of his way to make sure we were happy, safe and had everything that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he would go out of his way to help in whatever way he could, always with a smile. This is not a luxurious Riad, if that's what you are expecting this is not the place for you. This is a small, traditional and simple Riad. The facilities are basic but totally adequate and satisfactory and if we needed any extra things (iron, extra towels, etc) it was provided immediately.
