The breakfast weas very poor only pancakes, coffee and juice and youghurt every morning. The bed linnen is of not very good quality as well as the blanket and the pillows (uncomfortable to sleep on) They accept cards only with 3% charge otherwise you have to pay cash. On booking nothing of the kind was mentioned. Wi-fi was not good. The riad charged us 20 MAD for the very dirty trolley that took our bags from the parking to the place it was really unexpepected as they included this service into the bill when we were checking-out. the water also cost us 20 MAD (Like in a 5 star hotel that we had been to before)))))). I find it really expensive as the normal price in the shop is 4 Mad. So on the whole this riad cost us to much as compared to the innitial price on booking. I advise you to choose more expensive places with good facilities and breakfast inclided so as you don't need to pay for breakfast and the facilities and service twice))))

We liked the lication, the staff was friendly and veeery helpful, very clean towels and bed linnen, nice terrace with sun beds and towels for them provided. Welcome drink with biscuits was nice especially after a long journey.

    Amazing value and friendly staff!

The room was hot at night (AC not working properly?) and the rooms are not very well insulated so it could be noisy first thing in the morning when neighbours got up. No lock on the bedroom door, so valuables were at risk (although we personally didn't have a bad experience with this during our stay).

Amazing value. Helpful & friendly staff. The room was just as seen on booking.com, clean, tidy, welcoming. We even asked if it would be possible to book a train ticket for us (the website was playing up) and that was no problem, the ticket was booked and ready waiting for us when we arrived. The room was tidied for us daily. We ate there one evening and the food was very good. Although the Riad doesn't serve alcohol we were able to store a bottle of champagne in the fridge which we had with our meal, which was very kind. Breakfast is simple (Moroccan pancakes, bread, a piece of fruit or yogurt + butter & jam, fresh orange juice and coffee/tea) but for the price it's great to have it included. Transfers from and to the airport were on time and professional. The rooftop is a lovely bonus for sunbathing and evening chats. Whatever we asked for, Mohamed did his best to help. As for the area, we found we were able to go most places by foot as we had time to explore.

The breakfast was poor. It is difficult to find the riad at first without help, but the driver waited for us at the airport (even with a delay of an hour for our flight).

Said and Mohamed were very friendly and helpful, the riad is quiet.

    Loved it all.

Good breakfast, good location within walking distance of most sites, authentic Riad in the medina ( not a 5 star tourist hotel - stay in the new town if you want that). The staff are top notch - so friendly and helpful. They arranged a day trip to the seaside and a 4 day mountain/ desert trip with a fantastic driver/ guide named Abdul. Highly recommended.

Shona (the owner) who i emailed prior to arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. On arrival we were collected by a driver arranged by the Riad and Sa'id (assistant manager) met us to walk us to Riad so we wouldnt get lost. Both him and Yousef (manager) were friendly and nothing was too much. We ate on the first night at the Riad, the food was great!

    Nothing

Our first visit to Marrakech and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. From the seamless airport transfer to help with arranging excursions and booking a hammam nothing was ever too much trouble. Said and Youssef were great hosts, always smiling and helpful. It was a pleasure to return here to relax with some mint tea after a hard day exploring the souks.

Staff were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There is free wifi which was great. Breakfast was excellent and filled us up for the day. We also had dinner in the riad which was good value and beautifully prepared. Great location for walking to the souks and the square. Would recommend 100%
