No tea or coffee facilities in the room! Lighting isn’t great, no ceiling lights! Paying to use the safe!

The location was excellent. Right on the beach with access to the promenade right outside. Lots of restaurants along the beach with a small soul right by the hotel.

We missed a weekly program for activities, teams, and evening shows. The airport shuttel service was not reliable.

Limited availability of some services : for example , if you want to take a towel for pool/beach you should do it in special timeframe (it’s closed for lunch for 2,5 hours ) The swimming pool was very cold (not possible to swim there , because of it - it was empty always) We went to the Spa at booked time , but we had to wait more than an hour to start a program

Range of alcohol could have been better - one type of white wine, and limited cocktails- all in the tiniest of glasses. Just expect to keep going up to the bar for top ups! Buffet food a bit samey but ok for the price paid

Our room was great- separate bedroom and living room space. Balcony with sea view. Location of hotel good - beside the beach and bars were never too busy. A la carte restaurants good. Staff pleasant and spoke English.

Great location with a lovely private section of the beach. The food was excellent - good mixture of foods and several lovely Moroccan theme nights! The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. The staff were generally helpful; some were a little abrupt but this was usually at very busy times.

The bedrooms really should be updated. we had issues with the toilet, hairdryer broken , room just very old not really up to today's standards

Instead of one king bed, our room had two single beds put together which is not ideal for couples.

We very much enjoyed our stay, it is a great location right near the beach, room was very specious. But most of all, some of the people who work there were amazing - the older lady in the kitchen who makes breakfast, the man who cooks the eggs, the waiters we met, the young lady who cleaned the room every morning, reception staff were always helpful when we needed them- they were the ones who made our stay so enjoyable.

our toilet did not function well. it took 3 (!) days to repair it. self service restaurant is very noisy no possibility to book in another restaurant, were always full with groups. seems you have not the same rights if you travel individually. the staff at the pool is very annoying.

easy to find with a navigation app. beach resort and pool are nice. breakfast in the all incl resto is nice and also the food there is good

Not the property itself, but when you’re outside the hotel, beware of children who try and sell you knick knacks. They can be relentless! 😄

Very friendly staff- courteous, polite and willing to go the extra mile. We stayed in the hotel for the most part because of excellent food and the staff kept us entertained- with acrobatics, shows and even a snake charmer 😲. We booked a massage and sightseeing through the hotel and we had pick up and drop off. The beach is just outside the hotel. Main bus stop is a 5 minute walk. We took bus no. 5 to the El Had souk. The room has a fridge. There’s no kettle for tea. There’s plenty of cupboard space. The hotel will do your laundry for a price. There is a safe in the cupboard, but you may have to pay to use it. We had to pay a tax of 150 Dhs when we checked in. The toilet in our room was separate from the shower and sink. The hotel has a bar, pools, restaurants, theatre, disco etc. Rooms were cleaned daily and there are security guards at all entrances. Moroccan police are visibly patrolling tourist areas. All in all- an excellent few days. A big thank you to all the staff at the Royal Decameron.

The staff at the hotel are caring, professional, and friendly. We wish to thank especially Mohamed Najim, server, who treated us with exceptional warmth; he made us feel like family every single day. We will always remember him. The hotel overall is a wonderful value, situated right on the beach. And from our suite we could see the beautiful sunsets and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We shall return!

The snake show. All the other entertainment shows were super fun and pleasant but we really didn't like the snake show that takes place on the Moroccan night. It borders on animal abuse and we really hope they cancel it. The other issue is the door of our room rattled a lot whenever anyone passed or closed their door which made a lot of noise and woke us up in the morning. Needs to be updated

We stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are big and clean. The food was delicious with lots of variety, and every night comes with a different "theme". There's also lots of entertainment available. You can exit straight onto the beach walking path where there are also lots of kiosks and restaurants and access to the beach.

Daytime pool music too loud & too much talking through mic by entertainment staff at pool in the evening at too high volume. Allow for some quiet time at the pool or have an alternative pool if possible

Hotel location, facilities, spacious lobby & recreation areas, reception porter's very helpful & friendly, food quality good particularly the fish & meat. Also the general atmosphere & the hotel clientele were open, friendly & polite which is not always the case in all-inclusive resorts

Decoration of the bedroom a bit outdated. No wifi in the bedroom. Very elderly customers (but might be different during summer months).

The cleanness needs more attention, No complementary stuff at rooms like water or chocolates especially that it’s an All inclusive hotel. The activities in the hotel needs more variety and changes.

The Location is amazing, and the access to the beach is just a few steps. The Staff are outstanding. The food was average, but it still you will enjoy it, especially the breakfast and dinner.

The drinks were not a plus: the only pool side bar had a couple of cocktails and some of them were pre mixed. The beach is nice but it gets to crowded specially on the weekend and a lot of rubish is left there. No snacks on the pool bar or anywhere between 5 and 7 pm.

The animation team was amazing. A big thank you to Ousama, a very energetic and nice collaborator who made our stay extra awsome. Nice activities all day long. We are still trying to find the music for the aqua gym lessons with Aquaman 😀 The room was big and clean. Friendly cats and staff. No problem on getting water. Just had to ask on the restaurant. Food was good. The bus from the airport stops just in front of the hotel (cheap, frequent and ponctual).
